“the maintenance here is always so fast! I always hear stories of other complex complaining about not having thing completed on time but not here. carlos once again completed my maintenance order. he honestly is my favorite! he always completes my work orders on time and if he can’t do it that day he’ll keep me updated always on parts. he doesn’t just forget. he’s always super friendly . my son is autistic and whenever he comes over he’s always so nice and understanding. my son is an eloper so he always makes sure to lock the chain I have behind him and always lets me know when he’s going back out so I can watch the door. he makes me and my kids feel safe. whenever he comes and does a work order he makes sure to clean up after himself after any work orders. he is the reason I transferred unit to updated one, and don’t regret it! he honestly is so awesome!”

“I've lived in many places after spending 20+ years in the military, and I've never seen a property manager and maintenance team as good & as active as this one.Spend just 30 seconds talking to Kimberly, and you will see how much pride she takes in making sure this is a great community.You will see Kim or Jose daily, whether you come into the office or not. They are checking the area, fixing noticable issues & they always have a moment to listen to resident concerns... or to simply say hello.A good review from me has to be earned, and this review is WELL DESERVED.”

“I've been a resident of the complex for 2 years and I've had an excellent experience thus far. The front office and maintenance is always kind and prompt with any problems I have. Especially with my recent problem with my refrigerator, I thought I was going to need to wait for a part but Carlos was able to figure out the problem and able to fix it on the spot even after his coworker thought I needed replacement parts the day before. Thank you so much again Carlos for being so knowledgeable, professional and kind.”
