Caryn has been very helpful every time I need assistance with my rent deposits in the office, down to the helpful maintenance techs, like Nick that keep timely to my maintenance requests. “I've been a resident of the complex for 2 years and I've had an excellent experience thus far. The front office and maintenance is always kind and prompt with any problems I have. Especially with my recent problem with my refrigerator, I thought I was going to need to wait for a part but Carlos was able to figure out the problem and able to fix it on the spot even after his coworker thought I needed replacement parts the day before. Thank you so much again Carlos for being so knowledgeable, professional and kind.”
“Had a pleasant visit to the office today. I will admit I did come in a little frustrated as my garage hadn't been closing properly and I felt the issue was not being resolved with any urgency. However I was able to speak with Edward and was able to get the issue resolved ASAP. He spoke professionally and was very helpful in my case. I left feeling heard and like the staff here really care.”

They offer bingo, pool aerobics, management treats which are awesome., a beauty shop on site. The grounds are beautiful, excellent security, meticulously clean, great maintenance crew, convenient postal, business center, great management staff. I could rave more, but you’d say it was too much. Haha!”

“Have lived here for a year and a half and love this place. All the staff are super friendly. The facilities like the pool and gym are great! The ability to BBQ is also a great thing to have especially since there is some poolside. The maintenance crew are very courteous and fast at helping with whatever problems you may have. Highly recommend coming and checking out this as a place to live.”
“I love living here with my children.The playgrounds are awesome and there are 2 pools.Its a very safe and warm community. Plus we have monthly events for the whole community to come out and mingle.”

The Maintenance Team and the Leasing Consultants are always friendly and quick to address any concerns .
The Property Manager, Manny Casas has made a huge impression on me . His management style is approachable. He Listens well, communicates well, he solves issues and is respectful.

“I moved in back in November 2023 in a one bedroom apartment . Ever since then I never had a problem at all with the maintenance crew or rental office at all Sonia is the best very polite and understanding Polo Carrillo does an outstanding job his work is great very trustworthy and always on time he recently fixed my sink that wasn't draining . They always keep the outside clean even the stairs too . They always offer some snacks in the office Their response time is super quick .”

“Woodbend Apartments meet and exceed expectations in all aspects. Beautiful landscape & outdoor areas, great views, really tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, not to mention the units are well kept inside and out. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet the requirements to be part of this awesome community but overall, just the touring alone left me with a great experience.
