Excel Packaging is a great company. Fran, Rachel, Ken, Robert and the team do a great job. Their machines make the trains run faster by eliminating labor on long run jobs. I have purchase many machines from them and I like they set them up too and give our operators instructions on how to set up and run them. All in all if you are manufacturer and you need reduce labor on repetitive steps they are your go to team. Their website and printed catalog are amazing. They even have videos and pricing on almost every product in their catalog. Call Rachel if you need the videos, Call Ken or Robert if you have a complex problem to solve. Call Fran if you need something smaller or have a quick question.

Price Gougers. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. They tried to charge us 5x sticker price for a machine they buy off Alibaba. The exact, same, machine. No expedited delivery, no special add ons. Literally $26k for a $5k machine we’d get in 12 weeks. America.

Excel Packaging is by far the LEADING Packaging Equipment Company in the entire industry! The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy & fast thanks to their team. Ken, the owner, was very knowledgeable about his equipment and makes high-quality a standard in his company. Fran was very quick and straight-to-the-punch and got my order processed faster than I expected! Rachel provided great customer service as well as assisted me with any questions or other orders I may have had. Since my initial bad experience, I have run into representatives of this company at various trade shows. I pretended not to know anything about their product. I point blank asked 2 different reps and they each clearly stated that everything is electrically rated!!! When I pointed out that the wiring was not actually rated and was from Asia, they laughed and told me to look elsewhere. What! ? Thieves and liars.
