“I stopped by the Residents Inn in Rancho a month and prior to me booking to ask a few questions as I knew I would be back in the area for work later and knew I was not going to stay where I was currently a guest of. I met Michelle as soon as I entered the property at the front door desk. I briefly explained what I was looking for regarding my upcoming visit and how I did not like the area I was currently staying. Michelle took her time with me and answered every question with thought, care and a warming personality that was top notch. (I know I asked a 100 questions!) It didn’t matter she took her time with me, and to be honest she went “Above & Beyond” to accommodate my inquiries. Fast forward I’m home in NC and I am having trouble booking my reservation, so I called and guess who picked up the phone, Michelle! Although quite some time had passed and she’s probably had the conversation she had with me with countless other patrons she remembered me and all the details (no notes, no script), just a genuine reminder that I mattered and had not been forgotten. Of course she handled my concern and I my reservation was placed. Faster forward, 😂 I show up for my reservation 2 weeks later and guess who is there to meet me.. Michelle! My stay with the Residence Inn has been exceptionally pleasant needless to say. Shout out to the entire staff for helping me with all my concerns, needs & the printing of my daily documents. True hospitality like this is created in the culture they foster. Thank you and Thank you Michelle for your care 😊”

“The people are magnificent. The location is excellent. Can please explain to me why your app. takes two senior citizens and puts them on the third floor at the end of the hall. The last flipping room as far away from the elevator as possible. Marriott you failed me. As a rewards customer I would think you would take better care of us. Been staying in your facilities for about 14 days and this is not the first time. Midland Texas is the only site that put is on the first floor. I will look else where in the future.”

“Great hotel, customer service is outstanding! Lobby is so clean. Check in time is 3pm and check out is an Amazing 12 noon!! Plenty of time to eat breakfast gather your belongings and head out.No pets allowed so leave little Rufus at home. No ATM inside hotel but one right across the street. Washer and Dryer on site. Don't forget to tip! This entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Spanish speaking staff as well. Such a treat to have a multicultural staff on hand. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality 🩷🫶🏻”

“Had a great time at this hotel, nice customer service, nice room with exception to one our living room windows falling out on its own, maintenance guy wasn’t able to fix it on the spot because he had to order parts. Breakfast was amazing containing fresh cheese omelettes, cube potatoes, freshly made waffles from cast iron waffle maker with strawberry sauce and whipped cream, orange juice. Basketball court works wonderfully and lit up at night really well, gym fairly decent with basic dumbbell set up to 50 Ibs, treadmill, basic bench. Pool was nice but some tiles were falling off into the pool while swimming and there was not enough umbrellas outside considering how hot it was 90 plus, there was only 2 umbrellas. The pool towels are the size fitted for a 5 year old which very tough for an adult to put on. The parking is very limited at night time even though they charge $12, I don’t believe they have enough parking for all the rooms onsite. Overall I had a great time and recommend to the hotel to provide complimentary chocolate chip cookies and get some better hot chocolate brand because Swiss brand sucks. Oh yeah stay away from the mini store it is overpriced $8 for a cup of noodle or frozen burrito bruh 😳!!! Jesus Christ Loves You!!!”

“Kathy is absolutely wonderful! My brother is staying at this hotel while he takes the bar exam and I called ahead to ask if we could put a little good luck note in his room from his family. Kathy went about and beyond and stocked the room with energy drinks and snacks as well as a note. So thoughtful and greatly appreciated! As a Marriott associate myself, thank you for having her on your team! She truly went above and beyond and these little acts of kindness is what makes Marriott a great brand!”

Definitely coming back here and making this place apart of my routine. Vincent at the bar is the chillest, easy going bartender! He is funny and his recommendations are it! Don’t sleep on this place!”
