“Another great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable, modern feel. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to relax and unpack. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh. Overall, the hotel felt well cared for and consistently reliable.
The staff truly stood out during our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, which we really appreciated after traveling. Any questions or requests we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear the staff takes pride in providing good service and making guests feel comfortable. Their attention to detail made a noticeable difference. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
The location is another big plus. Being close to the Ontario Airport makes this hotel very convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, which makes getting around easy. Overall, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga continues to deliver great service and a pleasant experience. This has been another consistently enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.”

“First of all my review is honest and true! No sugar coating here .
The service was amazing!!! I came from Tennessee to stay near the airport we arrived like super late like past 12am and the service was 10/10 the front desk was a young woman with a pixie hair cut she helped us out with everything such with an ease and next day to check out we called the front desk to take us to the airport they sent Ms.Rochelle to take us to the airport she was the most sweet lady ever not just because it was her job I can honestly say that everyone that works here is passionate about there job !
Breakfast was served in a room near the front office if you have a further away room it sucks because you have to walk or drive to the breakfast room but it’s definitely 10/ 10 so it’s worth it !
I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checking out and I called to check and they held them for me ! I will say that the cleanliness is top tier and the customer service attentiveness top tier!!! I highly recommend!!!”

“Flight was canceled so we had to book two queen rooms last second. Took the GOAT from Ontario airport to here for free. Great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet ended at 9am at the hotel. Nice pool area and free coffee in the lobby. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and tv in the room.”

“Stay here Sunday 3/8/26 before my flight loved the hotel but some of your workers need better people skills. We asked the older man working the evening desk if there was any maintenance to clean out the heavy debris cluttering the spa and he was very dismissive and appeared nsulted that we asked. Rude and not in the least friendly.. However, the young maintenance man did a awesome job cleaning the spa so it was usable. Friendly and apologetic. Thank you!”

“I would give the room a five but it is an older room, but it was very clean large even with a fold out couch it had not just a refrigerator but a complete freezer so I could freeze my water bottle. The swimming pool was beautiful. There was a man out there grilling his dinner, man the courtyard is just gorgeous with huge palm trees with the wind blowing just like an old movie in the 60s or 70s beautiful Jasmine on the side smelled sweet lots of places to eat nearby. The best part of the whole thing is it’s parking and fly so you go there spend the night for 89 to 125 which I paid 125 because we want a little bit larger room, we were even by the elevator and couldn’t hear it. The air conditioner did not turn off and on all night. It was constant nice and cool. We have patio outside our room. They have full lotion shampoo they even give you a little Diddy thing with a shaver and makeup remover and shower cap. the shower was great and clean. The sink was a little deep but it was. Everything was clean so I oh and then the breakfast was incredible. They had scrambled eggs. They look real sausage, bacon, yogurt, waffles, all kinds of juices, hot coffee, hard-boiled eggs, the fruit was yummy. It was just fantastic the whole experience in the front desk was very sweet and nice and they had TVs and coffee available 24 seven highly highly highly recommend.”

My wife and I stayed at the Element Hotel across the street from the Toyota arena. I just want to state that we had the best experience staying at this boutique hotel. It was our first time staying at this type of hotel. The staff was amazing. Extremely supportive to all of our needs. The facility was always clean and well managed. My wife enjoyed the open concept with plenty of lighting especially in the lobby. I would like to acknowledge some of the employees who made our stay such a pleasure. Debra - Front desk. Evelyn and Alejandra - breakfast and Mario - maintenance. Thank you all for turning an emergency visit into a pleasant and comfortable stay. My wife and I are Army retirees. Here is a big old salute for you all's service 🫡. We will definitely stay with the Element on our next visit.”

“The hotel lobby is nice and big. The good thing about Embassy Suites is that they included breakfast at a very reasonable price. The room a bit old, but still feel clean and big. Always have a sink, microwave and a fridge. Oh, and happy hour from 5 to 7pm. Free drinks always good.”

“This is a huge property next to the convention center. The room seemed clean but it was very dated. There was a mini fridge and a microwave as well as a good sized balcony. There are a couple of restaurants on site as well as a Starbucks. The staff were very nice.”
“I gave 5 stars only because of Darrell who made this hotel worth staying at. Darrell is an amazing front desk attendant who manages every facet of your stay with grace and aplomb. He is incredibly attentive and an excellent problem solver. Hopefully this hotel will overcome some of its challenges, for example the lack of housekeepers, so that Darrell doesn’t have to work so hard to keep everything functioning. Thank you Darrell for your attention to detail and your mastery of “atomic habits.” The breakfast was also very good thanks to the very devoted and pleasant breakfast attendant.”

They have good internet.
Bring your Roku or fire stick you'll need it.
Not too much on the TV choice but if you're with kids have a fire stick or Roku.
Wi-Fi good connection.
They have computers in the lobby.
Breakfast is decent.
They actually have a real awesome Little gym with free hand weights. Treadmills powerball's and a standing gym .
They have pool service once a week solar pool is very clean. The hot tub is out of service but I'm assuming they're about to fix it.
The center courtyard is awesome ? ? ? good spot to hang out and walk around in.”
“Room and hotel need to be renovated. Customer service is mostly great with the occasional attitude from a front desk person have a bad day. This hotel only has 1 working elevator and always has children running around that dont know how to behave in public. NOT ideal for business travelers like myself.
Although I do highly recommend if you enjoy people stomping in the room above you and other guests SLAMMING doors”

“The rooms are standard for this level of hotel. The 2 room suite is quite comfortable and spacious at an excellent price. The jacuzzi has no hot water, but the pool was enjoyable. Front desk service is prompt and effective. The floors could be cleaned more often inside the rooms, and the chairs in the rooms aren't quite accessible for people with mobility issues. Overall, it is adequate and comfortable”
“The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I've never slept on a cloud but I'm thinking it feels like this bed. Customer Service 10 stars. Location is close to thw mall with lots of food options. I walked one day and it was about 30 minutes. I will definitely stay here again.”
