Went in to purchase a couch, they talked us into getting their credit card to place the order. we scheduled the delivery out 3 weeks out due to our schedules and them only being able to deliver to our area on a Thursday. Today we call(the day before delivery) to see when its going to get delivered. Turns out the payment didnt go through which is crazy because its through there credit card that we were approved for. So now we had to re order and they cant give us the same delivery date which is extremely inconvenient because we took that day off already to be here for this delivery. Now I have to drive 60 mile to their warehouse to pick it up or basically wait until we have availabily on a Thursday to have it delivered. They should have notified us that the payment did not go through so we could have caught this earlier. I rate 1 star due to their inability to work with their customers schedules, especially when this was a payment processing error somewhere on their end. This created a huge inconvenience on us!

We purchased a custom fabric queen sleeper sofa last week and are anxiously awaiting delivery. A month is not too long to wait for delivery of our sofa. Living Spaces is the #1 place for all your furniture needs. Our sales person Desmond is also #1 in our book. He also gets 5- Stars for his knowledge and no pressure approach.

My bride of 27yrs and I made LIVING SPACES our fourth and final stop, after previously touring Bob's, Mathis Brothers and Jerome Furniture. Our sales representatives were LYSETTE followed by REGENE....with a brief 5-minute interlude with JOSÉ who shepherded us from Lysette to Regene once the former reached the end of her shift. The sales staff, named above, were exemplary!! Patient, enthusiastic and well informed about their respective scopes of specialty. LYSETTE sold us a the ASHFORD II 66" inch, 6-piece extendable dining set with farmhouse style bench and 4 side chairs. REGENE sold us the 75" PARKER II loveseat, then expertly helped us to customize our choices for the fabric (called Bravado Char, it's a musky dark gray with subtle strands of tan interwoven in) and accent pillows retooled with sharp "Bandito Musk" color patterns. The CSU Fullerton alum then adroitly handled our impulse buy of an ANABELLE II Wingback Chair then effortlessly fielded our request to have its fabric swapped out for Stone. Come to Living Spaces wearing your most comfortable walking shoes!! The retailer took over the 100,000sq ft space formerly occupied by Costco. Compared to their aforementioned rivals, LS takes the gold medal for: -Unbeatable selection -Superlative service And a silver medal for reasonable prices. If you're shopping solely on price, then Bob's takes the cake...but their craftsmanship resembles something outtve Pic N Save circa 1994! We've been blessed to call our spacious stately home in Diamond Bar home since 1999, so this marks at least our second or third major furniture purchase. The last time we bought this much furniture at one time we were choosing between Levitz and Wilkes Furniture! Lol. Kudos to Living Spaces for unbeatable selection, a well appointed "Design Studio" that enables you to customize virtually any item and a clearly outstanding training program that empowered both Lysette and Regene to dazzle us with their product knowledge and insightful recommendations.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Horrible service, especially when you speak to anyone on the phone, poor quality furniture pieces... and to make it worse it takes months to get what you purchase! Never again!!

Bad just all bad, lied about product being available then sent the wrong color then promised to send correct product two days later....well an hour before delivery i was told product was mislabeled and wont be available until end of March. 7 weeks later. Fraudulent company, terribly rude customer service, leadership team is a joke. Won't be getting my money anymore

DONT BUY HERE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! EXPENSIVE!!!! I bought a $240 nightstand from this store. I scheduled delivery for the next day. I had lunch, went home, and found out the item was too big. I immediately went back and told them to cancel and refund. They said there would be a 10% restocking fee. Only two hours had passed, and there was a restocking fee. They never mentioned this to me at purchase. DONT BUY HERE!!!! NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY!!!

WOW! I have been trying to get a my bedroom set delivered for three days. Each day that the delivery driver shows up with a mattress that has holes in it or runs across the fabric. They try to give me a discount of $150 to keep the mattress. Each time they expect me to take off the whole day of work to wait and receive the mattress. Please note that I purchased a whole bedroom set and we now only need a mattress to complete the picture. They refuse to have a manager call back or make a hard appointment. I made it easy for them to be the first appointment which would be 8:00 am. They refused and wanted me to wait the whole day. I guess if you don't work then living spaces is the place to buy furniture. However if you work, you might want to go somewhere else with a company that will stand behind there products and deliver quality products right the first time or at least make it right.

You get what you pay for, their quality is definitely not to my expectations. But again what can you expect for what you are paying for. it's not their fault is mine for wanting to save money. Go cheap, get cheap

Today I went to living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga, and was very disappointed in the service until a young lady approached me . I waited and looked around for help in the clearance area for about 10 to 15 minutes with no service whatsoever. I seen people come in after me and get immediate service, employees walk near me, as coming to help me and then turn the other way to service others. Very sadden and disappointing. I was not looking my very best as I had just left the gym with a sweatsuit on and a hat, but should that deny me of professional service? I was there to look around and perhaps find something and purchase something just like everyone else that walked up after me and got Service. After I waited and continue to look around for help because I did find something that I wanted. A young lady finally approached me that wasn't in the clearance area before. Her name was Jeanette Herrera. Thank goodness she approached me right away and assisted me with my purchase. She was extremely nice and helpful. Five stars to her for immediately seeing someone not judging them that needed great customer service. I explained to her what had happened prior to her coming. She apologized and immediately contacted her supervisor Rodrigo. He came over and I explained to him the situation. He did apologize but it kind of seemed like he wasn't surprised or very much concerned about it. All in all I did get help from the young lady thank goodness and made my purchase. If it wasn't for her coming in and seeing me I would have left because I was overlooked the 10 to 15 minutes while others got immediate service and also a welcoming inside . I was back there with about 3 to 4 employees who continued to look at me and not do anything. I am a long time customer as I've shopped here plenty of times for my home Furniture . Do Better.

We bought this bed frame super cheap price cal king Hillsboro with drawers because we knew we were moving but wanted a bigger newer mattress. We got a deal with the mattress and got it delivered with assembly. We love the temperpedic cal king mattress medium! No complaints there & the service when we were there was great, he gave us a deal with mattress& frame& delivery/assembly. The 2 stars, however are because now that we are disassembling the bed frame, there were missing screws, screws that were drilled in were stripped and a whole leg on the bottom was missing! We were here when they assembled and showed us when they were done but nooo mention of a missing leg at the least. I didnt think we would have to supervise them assemblying it, 100% do not recommend delivery& assembly unless you supervise. The least they couldve done is let us know and at least discount it not lie to us& say its complete with hidden missing parts. No wonder one time I layed down and rolled over and heard a piece crack. We are moving to a new house& need to furnish our home but cannot count on living spaces unfortunately:/

Longtime customer and I prefer the onsite in store experience. However the customer service level has gone way down at this location. And there's not much of a diverse group of employees here. Recommend buying online. Wouldn't waste time going into this location.

NEVER SHOP HERE! I'm telling everyone I know!!! Visited this store (twice) today, and had the worst experience- with both customer service and product quality. I was given a different rug, so I came back to notify them, by showing photos of the tag and rug image while at the store, and after it got home. At the store, the sales lady and I both thoroughly looked the rug over and only saw a couple little snags on it but nothing else. When I got it home, there is a HUGE dark stain on it. The tags from when I took the photo at the store to when I got it home are also drastically different! (In photos). The tag on the product after I picked it up said "not sellable." Really??!! Why would you give me this rug? I don't know if it was the sales team, or Corey in the warehouse, or one of the managers - Tyler or Nick, but I can't believe they can get away with something like this! I waited 30 minutes to see a manager named Tyler, who told me if the tags were in fact different, they would refund my money to me. I got the rug tag out of the car, which was in fact different. He spoke to another manager, Nick for several minutes with their backs to me, came over and said he could give me 10% discount from the price, since the rug was listed "as is," even though the rug I was given was not the one I signed for. This whole process took over an hour. I notified Nick that I would trade in the rug I had for another rug, the one I actually saw and wanted. He said ok, he would look for it, and when I said "oh, so you do have that one in the back," he changed back to saying I could have 10% discounted from the price I paid. I now have a rug with a HUGE dark stain on it that I paid a lot of money for!! DONT DO IT!!!

My husband and I were looking for a new living room sofa set and came to this location because they specifically have an outlet location. The location is hugeee! When you walk in, it's the main showroom. They even have a dang kids playplace in here so parents can shop seriously. A room off to the left is specifically outdoor furniture and if you go to the back there's an outlet section with discounted furniture sold 'as is' and just other furniture that's great value. Anyways we found an amazing set for a great price and they had availability to deliver the next day. A few employees asked to assist us and one of them assured us they weren't paid commission so they didn't harass us lol. Pretty happy with the selection and customer service I think overall Living Spaces has good quality for great prices.

This store is an absolute joke; the store associates can't out a simple order on their tables for a right size bed frame, box, and mattress and instead will send you a different size and have you wondering wtf you have a bed and box smaller than the bedframe you order. THEN you have to jump through hoops to get the same financing option and get the stuff ordered right and have them tell you they will remediate the issue by shipping out the right stuff the next day. Except the next day comes around and there's no delivery!!! I called and the phone guy stated that the order was submitted late by the team and it won't be til the next day. Like wtf do I just have people sleeping on the floor then?? Why promise you remediate the issue and offer next day deliver if there's no next day delivery! Get your shit together and do better
