“I recently visited a T-Mobile store and had an excellent experience thanks to the sales representative Kalis Puryear who assisted me. He took the time to carefully walk me through the different plan options and helped me find the best choice not only for myself but also for my parents. What I really appreciated was how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process.
He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the benefits of each option before making a decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he focused on making sure we were getting the plan that truly worked best for our needs.
Beyond being knowledgeable, he was also extremely friendly, respectful, and professional. His positive attitude made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. What could have been a complicated process ended up being smooth and easy thanks to his help.

“So I went in to buy a digital notepad and unfortunately their displays of the brand I was considering were broken. I asked to alert a manager about it, but apparently it's more of a corporate issue. A very nice salesperson named Michael spent a LOT of time walking me through the different tablet options, from notepads to ebooks to regular full service tablets, talking me through all the options with patience and great information. I finally settled on what I came in for, on the promise that I had two weeks to return it if it wasn't damaged. I'm incredibly happy with the service I received, and Michael promised to alert the store about the display issue.”

“When I went, it was busy. I was just purchasing a new phone, but the wait was 30 min. As we were waiting it seemed like they had reps available but just hovering certain areas to answer questions. Not sure if that was a valuable use of their time when there was a busy long line. But when i finally reached a sales person, he was knowledgeable and quick and I was out of there in 10 min.”
“I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my kids’ phones as a Christmas gift, and even though the store was very busy, the experience was amazing.
All of the employees were helping customers quickly, and no one seemed rushed or overwhelmed. I honestly thought my transaction was going to take a long time, but I was in and out much faster than expected. I walked out with everything I needed and happy.
Angel, the manager, was especially great. He listened to what I needed, helped me consolidate my subscriptions into one bill which I didn’t even know was an option, and suggested home internet, which ended up being perfect for my small back house. We upgraded phones for my kids and myself, and he still managed to keep my bill at a reasonable price.
Great service, great team, and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend this location!”

I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews, but it’s important to note that this is a district, operated store, not a third party reseller. So they habe connection to the actual version company which already makes this a better spot to come to. While I’m generally cautious about spending money, and some associates may try to upsell when you walk in, my overall experiences here have been mostly positive. I’ve dealt with knowledgeable, respectful representatives, and when I’m clear about what I want and willing to advocate for myself, I’ve consistently been able to reach arrangements that work for me. If you're relying on your representative to have your best interest, keep in mind, they will work with you But will try to sell you stuff, If you want a good experience, you have to advocate for yourself. The people here are great, friendly, but it is a business so be prepared to have someone try to sell you stuff you dont need, haha. Also I appreciate how clean and organized it is.”
