The store manager, Husein, has a great sense of humor and somehow always convinces me to buy the better stuff without making it feel forced. I have already bought 4 phones from him in the last 6 months, and every visit has been a good experience. He never disappoints.”

After further inquiry I was suprised to find out that Daniel was in fact NOT the manager because he carried himself with so much patience and kindness! I have always dreaded going into phone stores and actually recently became fully responsible for having my own phone line, but after Daniel's help and reassurance I have no doubts in my mind that I will continue to Use AT&T and encourage others to do so as well because of the excellent customer service! “There's a guy that works at MetroPCS in Ontario his name is Elijah and every time I come in here and I have a problem with my phone or my bill or something Elijah's right on it and he always corrects it just like right now I was switching over my mother-in-law's phone and she couldn't get her pictures or anything and he fixed it he took the time took a half hour to do it but he did it this guy needs to raise her to be put in a position of customer service for sure”

His phone stopped working and he went into this T-Mobile store and the Sales/Customer service representative Maritza went beyond to assist him and make sure he left with a working phone. “Lucia is a superstar! I came here on Feb. 4th to get a new phone and to transfer all my data and Lucia was so incredibly sweet and patient with me. She was wonderful, even after I changed my mind several times! She had an amazing sense of humor and never seemed annoyed or hurried. She also was amazing to my 3 young kids who had to sit and wait for a long time while their mom shopped for a phone. She talked to my daughter about her ballet class, engaged the kids in conversation and made the whole experience great. I am so accustomed to poor customer service these days, that when I receive service this good, I am compelled to share my experience. Will definitely be back!”

They went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and even stayed a bit after closing just to help us out, without making us feel uncomfortable in any way.
