“Reactivated my phone. Daniel helped me out with doing so. Wasn't pushy on add ons just a single recommendation from time to time but didn't over do it like a sales man which was nice. Had to get a new number which sucked but overall the experience was simple and easy and Daniel helped make it that way”

“Eugene and his team are amazing. They will go above and beyond just to keep the customer happy; I've experienced this. Prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is impressive. Eugene explains clearly and perfectly what is wrong with the product and he always does his best to fix the issue fast and correctly. I took my s9+ for a charging port replacement and like I said, he went above and beyond to fix the issue. He is an excellent guy and I strongly reccomend this repair store. I've gone to like 3 or 4 other places and they "fix it" but the problem(s) would come back and they would charge again. This guy and his team are honest ppl with knowledge on what they're doing.”

“Every time I go to the 4th St Ontario Metro store, I know I am going to hear a few jokes. The store manager, Husein, has a great sense of humor and somehow always convinces me to buy the better stuff without making it feel forced. I have already bought 4 phones from him in the last 6 months, and every visit has been a good experience. He never disappoints.”

“Best experience at a T-Mobile store… hands down! Both Sanjay and Bri are truly a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. They went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and even stayed a bit after closing just to help us out, without making us feel uncomfortable in any way. If I had a company, no matter what it was, I’d hire these two without a second thought. 10/10 experience, give them a raise!”

“Lucia is a superstar! I came here on Feb. 4th to get a new phone and to transfer all my data and Lucia was so incredibly sweet and patient with me. She was wonderful, even after I changed my mind several times! She had an amazing sense of humor and never seemed annoyed or hurried. She also was amazing to my 3 young kids who had to sit and wait for a long time while their mom shopped for a phone. She talked to my daughter about her ballet class, engaged the kids in conversation and made the whole experience great. I am so accustomed to poor customer service these days, that when I receive service this good, I am compelled to share my experience. Will definitely be back!”
