“Great selection of real meat treats. We normally get our girl the knuckle bones and the ones fron Petsmart have no meat on them. Got her one here and it was full of meat and fat. She also loves this sausage thing there that we use to crumble on top of her food.”

“I like how nice the guy that helped was. He was talking nicely to me letting me know about the difference of the tarantulas that he has. And he was showing me a few different kinds of Tarantulas. He also did a good job letting me know that he has cages for tarantulas plus the soil to put in the cage too. So when I was thinking in what tarantula I would like to buy, he was letting me know how long the male Tarantula can live and how long the female tarantula can live. So I bought one Arizona blonde tarantula together with one cage and a bag of soil for the cage. So I will definitely recommend this spider room store for all the good service the guy did.”

“I love coming here! My two German Shepherd's, and I always get the best service Ashley, is a wealth of knowledge, super friendly, and a real joy to work with. She has helped me take care of my dogs on a top tier level! Is there any other way lol She's helped me with their diet in recommending the right food to buy, shampoo's for their coat, and their favorite part... treats that they devour My fave is that the prices are super reasonable! Every time I leave with a smile on my face and happy puppers!”

“Staff was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable this location was out of our area but had to be out in Rancho for other reasons but close enough that it really wasn't out of our I really appreciate that reptile island location staff totally awesome staff ( we are really close to the Yorba Linda location) also love the friendly pups that hang around the stores, anyways if you are looking for unique reptiles they have some of the most beautiful and amazing color patterns especially the snakes I really wish I could've taken the Applegate Gopher snake home. Just don't have enough room for another critter right now.”

“Came to get brunch in the area and unexpectedly found a local gem. My husband and I are new kitty parents so we decided to head into Pet Joy to see what they had to offer. We were not disappointed!! We were greeted by Odyssey who went above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to take care of our kitties. We can't wait to get home and show our kitties the goodies we got for them :) If you haven't been we would definitely recommend! 10/10”

“My mom got me the best gift of my life from this pet store and I am forever grateful! He is a pug named Shorty, whom is now 13.5 years old. The owner of the store said she thought his mother delivered all of the puppies, but after leaving the room for a few minutes or so, as the story goes, she came back into the room and there he was on the floor. She had to give mouth to mouth to revive him, because he was suffocating. Thank god that she did. She said she would walk around holding him all day as she worked, and that she and her husband were contemplating keeping him, because they were becoming attached to him. Thank god for me that didn't happen. Otherwise, I would have never received the greatest gift of my life and my best friend Shorty. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to the owners, and to everyone else, that this is a great store to get your pet from. Thanks again?”

“Very courteous and kind staff. The dr was so good with my puppy. The wait time was quick. You can tell the patients are a priority. I appreciate how professional everyone is. I was at a different vet before but left because the lack of patient awareness in that the staff would talk amongst themselves like I couldn't hear about their customers. It was not a kind environment. It can be stressful when our babies need a dr visit. I appreciate how comfortable they made sure my puppy felt. Thankful.”

“Jason the owner is a very intelligent fish keeper. He knows what he’s talking about and gives an explanation about every single thing. Instead of just telling you a bunch of nonsense he asks you the questions so you understand the properties of certain fish and supplies. He ended up helping me buy a fish which I was a few dollars short and he’s a really cool dude. He doesn’t try to scam 50 bucks out of you like any other competitor and he gives his honest opinion about everything. He’s helped me with my uncycled tank with one product instead of trying to get me to buy all those watered down solutions like Petco or PetSmart. He really tries to get you to understand what the right thing to do is instead of following what the internet says which taught me to never follow the internet and call him instead.”

“If you're gonna go anywhere for grooming, come to DAVID. He is the absolute best!! I'm definitely a protective parent when it comes to my pup but from the start, I knew I could trust David. He went slow and was so gentle with my Cricket girl. Will definitely be coming back and requesting him. While Cricket was getting groomed, I spent close to an hour trying to figure out a new dog food. For the last year and a half, I've been trying to find a brand my dog will actually go for. Justin, the manager, had a ton of helpful info when picking out what was best. He walked me through different brands and sure enough, I added in a little NaturalPet stew to my dogs food when we got home and she finished EVERYTHING. Really appreciated Justin's time and David's grooming service.”
