“Josh is amazing and soo helpful. I was interested a tortoise, and had a million questions. Josh spent so much time on the phone answering everything and giving me so much helpful information. He really cares about the animals and is incredibly knowledgeable. At the store I had even more concerns I wanted to ensure I could give the tortoise proper care and he was patient and thorough. Highly recommend reptile island and thank you for everything Josh!”

“I always look at reviews before taking my animals anywhere and of course I saw the bad reviews and got a little nervous taking my dog to the groomer since it was his first time getting groomed ever by somebody other than me. But, it seemed to have gone pretty well he’s alert, playful, he doesn’t have any cuts, the groomer did exactly what I asked, he's eating normal, the staff was amazing despite what some reviews said, they were also very true to their price, and he looks so so handsome. I'm very grateful we will definitely be taking our Charlie Bear back when it's time!”

I’m so glad I found out this place, the owner says this store has been open for55 years, and she’s a very nice lady! I met the cutest squirrel in the world “Flash” ! And many smart parrots, little Mr. Greenie likes me☺. This store also has variety pet supplies! I love here, would definitely come back! “We took out third dog Homer to get checkup and gromming. As usual the staff were helpful and friendly . Dr Anwar is patient and knowledgeable doctor . He is kind and gentle. We know every time our dog is in good hands. I highly recommend this place .”
