check in is convenient, you can choose your own language, the waiting area is clean, the staff will call you on time at your appointment, everything goes well and will be recommended to others!

First of all, this place is impossible to find. Its located within another building with no signage indicating Quest is in the building. The digital sign in would be great -- if it worked. I saw no less than three people arrive for walk in, try to put their information in, and not have it show up on the screen. When they asked the staff they said just try again. They did this a couple of times before giving up. I've done labs through Quest in the past and had issues with them not billing my insurance, and I only tried today out of hope for added convenience of access their many locations. Obviously that was a waste of time, as I wasn't even able to get my labs done.

Nurse was absolutely wonderful but having portals to check in is just simply impersonal especially when the system cancels confirmed appointments. Patients are not even able to call to schedule appointments, everything is online. Every elderly person who walked in had difficulty using the portal. Not sure why humans were eliminated from the appointments and check out process but it was a really bad idea. Every person in the waiting room was upset and confused.

I went to get my lab work done and the tech that they They were training, kept waving around my insurance card and screaming. “I don’t know if we take this!” Like she was trying to embarrass me, or something about the type of insurance that I had. It was very classless and rude. Hope she gets it together.
