Tom is very helpful and knowledgeable at the Rancho Cucamonga store. We went to many places looking for a bed for our son and once he decided he wanted a Tempurpedic we went back to the Rancho store specifically to purchase from Tom even though there are mattress stores closer to us in Chino.
