My parents car broke down today in the middle of a busy street I was to far to get to them, so I called Inexpensive Towing and Mr. Anthony came to help them, he was finishing up with a client, and he came to them with in minutes, because he knew how concerned I was that they were stranded, he was super friendly and he assured me that he was going to take care of my parents and get them home safely. And he did he towed the car and also gave them a ride to the house. Am so glad that I made the choice of calling Inexpensive Towing and that Mr. Anthony came to the rescue ? “I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“After waiting for 3 different companies for over three hours to address a dead battery on our GLE 450 (none were able to help us), Ramon from Bill and Wags rescued us. We learned the hard way that when the battery dies in a newer Mercedes, the car cannot be placed in neutral in order to be towed on a flatbed. Even at caliber I’ve had to go back several times to fix the same repairs, I still have repairs caliber needs to fix, I just got tired of going back (not the Rancho location).
