“Called AAA and this was the fastest, I’ve seen a tow truck get to my location. Despite the car issues, Henry made our night! His customer service was top notch and he was hilarious to boot! Can’t thank him enough for all his help, he was a life saver! Just based on Henry service, I know I can rely on Hooked on Towing if I ever were to need their services again! Thanks again Henry! 10/10!”

“In and out. The people here are outstanding. Came in for a smog for my 2014 Audi RS5. Took about 10min of testing. Paid my bill and I was out. I'm telling you these guys are on point. I've been coming here for about 6 years now with 2 different cars. I bring my family's cars too. I won't go anywhere else.”

“Zach is a really nice guy and easy to negotiate with, he’s professional and ended up lighting up my day even though my car was in the lot for a couple of days 😅 10432 linden Bloomington Is the location. Same phone number each location!! if your car gets towed make sure they tell you the exact location because I was towed at my sisters apt and they have an agreement sign on the gates with the same number and the Ontario location is the only one that shows online. So when I came to the one in Ontario the lady came out and said “sorry, I didn’t say it over the phone but your cars in Bloomington” knowing it was her fault ofc 🙄If one of the towing men had picked up instead of the woman…I'm pretty sure I would have been told the exact location in the first place…so watch out if the 🦤 picks up the phone. You can only review one location.”

“People unfairly dislike vehicle towing and impounding companies. However, rules are rules and ignorance of the rules do not warrant leniency, nor should it.Everyone signed the social contract at birth, everyone reading this review benefited from society and its rules. Therefore, we must respect and accept the rules of all the authorities, from the smallest HOAs to the federal government, even if it means having to pay 400 dollars to reclaim your own property after having genuinely erred.”
