If I could give a 0, I would. Was not greeted or told to take a number, after asking a question about a gun. Jaun the "manager" pointed and said over there and walked away. U can NOT see labels on all the guns. Audrey another "manager" berifly spoke to us about a different gun, a custom was looking at. A custom told us to take a number. Ppl where walking out because it was taking so long. Employees saying that 3 ppl called off. After an hour wait, our number was called. Before even greeting us...Jaun the "manager" said..."I'm sorry, I can't help u...because Im assuming ur intoxicated from weed." I asked, How can anyone be high when we have been inside the store for over an hour. Literally sitting on camping chairs in the corner? Then they said "They weren't assuming anyone was high, but...they couldn't make the sell." When asked why we were dismissed when first asking to be pointed in the direction of a gun, his response was "I assumed u knew what it looked like." Well...I "assume" u shouldn't shop here, until Jaun the "manager" has proper training in custom service. Audrey the other "Manger." Said she didn't smell anything when we were talking to her before, but...can smell it now. But, we never left the store. ??♀️ Don't waist ur time.The one in San Bernardino, was way better. Friendly and helpful. Didn't even wait. But, a lot of customers. THANK U.And we left one store and went straight to the other.

Poor customer service, poor attitudes, lack of expertise at the gun counter. They have one really bad apple that works the gun counter which makes it bad for everyone else. The management there really needs to do something with this guy.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at the San Bernardino location. However, I decided to give this company another chance and visited their Ontario branch. To my delight, the treatment I received there was like night and day! John M and Taylor provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication and professionalism convinced me to give my business to this store. Their old-school approach to customer service was truly remarkable. In my opinion, this is the best gun shop in San Bernardino County, thanks to John M and Taylor.

Literally five minutes ago......... Sign: "Take number". No numbers available to take. Staff lacks cognitive ability to notice. I stand there for ten minutes. Staff ignores me. I leave store. Middle finger in the air. I will never attempt shopping here again.

Long story short paid nearly half the cost of the product in shipping and isn’t arriving for nearly 2 weeks… what a joke.Paid $15 shipping on a $35 product. Ordered on the 19th. Still hadn’t been shipped until the 24th. Checked the website and said 4 day shipping so I ordered. After still not receiving I check the shipping tracker and isn’t being delivered for another full week! After calling I got a huge nothing answer and customer service said there’s nothing they can do.I would expect at least a refund on the shipping - their delivery time is over 3x as long as their website states. $15 isn’t a huge deal but considering the price of the product I would have just ordered from another site.Do your research! After looking at the reviews it seems like a common issue. Super disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again.

This place is garbage. Bought a firearm only for it to have surface rust all over the metal as soon as i took it out in the sunlight. Took it right back only for them to tell me they cant do anything but send it to that manufacturer . Took absolutely no responsibility for distributing and selling a defaulted gun. Then got the nerve to act like im the inconvenience . Wont ever purchase another from these guys. Going on waiting 90 days now for a gun i should have had in brand new condition in 10 days lol smh. Do better . Go to Ammo Bros down the street . NO STARS.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a handgun and dealt with 3 different employees. All three were great. After my purchase was completed I asked about shotguns for bird hunting. I know very little about this and received a lot of great info from the salesperson. Thanks to all and keep up the great customer service.

Orders some stuff from Turners and it was a nice experience. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me with licking something that was fit for me and also with sales that were going on. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, originally purchased my AR, cantilever, & scope at the Chino Hills Turners but the optics specialist wasn’t working the day I picked up my gun. I was near the Ontario location & wanted to make sure my scope was mounted properly so I called ahead to see if anyone was present that could. John M helped me out, he made sure the eye relief was perfect and when I asked if he could adjust the optic so I could have space on the picatinny for a future accessory I wanted to add he said no problem and now my AR10 looks beautiful she’s not finished but a big difference from when I first purchased. Thanks John.

I decided to finally buy a revolver. We've been going through some stalker type stuff and with my husband always working, I wanted to have some sort of protection for my daughter and I. I'm not particularly a fan of guns, but I've been around them my whole life and I've been trained on how to use them. We hit up this location on a Saturday mid day. I took my firearms safety test and passé with flying colors. I held several handguns but decided on a Smith & Wesson .38 special because it felt right in my hands and it was easy to load and shoot and could be a CCW weapon if I chose to go that route which I most likely will. It was very busy on a Saturday. Our employee was friendly but not overly helpful. Audrey I think her nave was but I'm not looking at my paperwork so don't quote me on that. The most irritating thing was that you are t supposed to stand at the counter unless your hand is called, and people were looking at the guns and making me feel uncomfortable as they were supposed to be waiting behind the blue line. Not one employee said anything. I had three grown men pushing up against me as I was trying to check out guns. I felt a bit rushed and uncomfortable but in the end I know I made a great choice. Upon pickup 10 days later, we brought our trash bill not realizing that trash isn't on the included list of bills they will accept. Sadly we had married only 7 months prior and most of my stuff was in my maiden name other than my DL and SS. Luckily another employee overheard the convo and told me to go to AAA and change my registration over and bring that back the sane day and I'd be good to go. Which I did, and everything went great. I'm the proud owner of a revolver and while I hope to never gave to use I'd fit defense, I'm happy to know I can protect my family. I don't really know how to rate Turners in comparison to other places, but I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Just know weekends are extremely busy. Expect a wait. Take a number. Hang out. Buy a gun. As for the fishing etc. no wait. Only fir gun purchases and ammo purchases.

Great customer service. I called them today to inquire on how to get a gun registered that belonged to my deceased mother. This super nice lady stayed on the phone with me, walked me through the web site to get the form, patiently waited while I printed the form then instructed me on how to fill the form out. Also gave me all info on taking the gun safety exam. All the while she was ringing customers up. Amazing! Sets an excellent example of customer service and she was very knowledgeable
