It's hard to find a flat rate evenlope here by yourself....There are no other employee around to assist you. If you feel hesitant to cut in and ask the cashier for help, then you'll have to wait in line twice.This is disturbing because always so many people in line , and the progress is too slow.

Exceptional service at this post office! Visited for passport pictures and was greeted by friendly staff. An employee assisted in navigating the line and directed me to the right place for my picture appointment. The lady who took my pictures went above and beyond, even helping with my passport renewal, showcasing a level of kindness and efficiency that made the entire experience amazing. Kudos to the helpful and courteous staff! Also remember that there are no walk ins for any type of passport service, you always have to make an appointment even if the website says otherwise.

I’d leave them a negative rating if I could. I moved into a new apartment in Dec 2023 that required me to get a new mailbox key from this post office. At the time I paid for the service I was told it was going to take a couple weeks. There was no updates throughout the whole process so I called. Just to find out that it should only take 3-5 days and to go in to speak to the Supervisor Regina because they couldn’t find a work order for my address. Went in and stayed in line for 40 mins just for the clerk to tell me that the supervisor will check on this request and told me that the supervisor would give me a call. Almost had me leave without any proof that I’ve requested the service until I asked for it. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve requested this and I don’t have access to my mailbox to get any of my mail and packages. Quite ridiculous.

The lady sitting to the far right seat, has got to be the most depressed human being I have seen, full of rudeness and anger with extreme “power” trip. don’t know her name, but I wish she would find her calling and walk a different path from now on, feel sorry for the people who has to deal with her frequently.

The employee started a fight with a guy that just asked a question. Started yelling and Cursing infront of everyone . Was going crazy and the manager didn't do anything to stop it. Employee comes out form behind the desk and keeps yelling at everyone. Then the manager starts yelling at the customer. Then she called the cops . They need to fire everyone here and started for Scratch.

Horrible experience regarding Passport services here. Today was my 2nd attempt at trying to get my daughter’s passport today and yet again, we had no success.The first appointment I made, they cancelled due to not realizing that they were closing early that day although that time slot was available online.The second appointment, we arrive at her 3:45pm appointment. We sit outside of the office awaiting to be seen. There are signs that say not to knock on the door because the clerk will come out. As we continue to wait, it is now 4:02pm and we still have not been serviced. This is horrible customer service and I will not come back to this location for any type of service moving forward.Do better! Someone should be checking for appointments every 10+ minutes or better yet ANSWER YOUR PHONES!

I love this location. Seems like they are quick to help customers. They answer all your questions. They have 3 kiosk to help yourself which is useful and I wish lots of post office had them. Thank you for not letting us wait too long. Appreciate it!

THEY ARE LAZY.Had a terrible experience here.My husband and I moved from Ontario to Rancho Cucamonga in July. I visited the post office to forward our address, filled out all the necessary paperwork, months went by and I was not receiving any mail for my husband and I. I visited this post office multiple times, trying to get someone to help me and figure out why we weren’t getting mail and every employee I talked to pawned me off to another. The last employee I spoke to said she couldn’t search the change of address online because it was in Ontario address., She sent me to the Ontario Post Office. I drove all the way to a Ontario to find a kind, caring supervisor that reassured me that that information was not true! These employees at this post office are lazy and do not want to help.

waited for a signature delivery, have doorbell video of the mailman come up to the door without knocking or pressing the doorbell and just leaving. Now it says "Your item is being held at the RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA 91730 post office on September 5, 2023. This is at the request of the customer." How did I request this without even being contacted, now I have to drive to the the post office during my working hours to pick up a package they could have just delivered.

The post office that delivers to our home our thieves! They have stole our checks twice. We complained to the post office and also filed police reports. This is why you should NOT trust the US post office. It’s best to pay for a private mail box and use UPS or Fed Ex.

This post office suuucccckkkkkkks. Just for you to pick up your mail, takes forever. And the workers who are working the counter with mail services, will not help you. Even if they don't have any costumers to serve. They just sit there and look at the line for mail pick up get longer. Then once you get to the front of the line, they don't have ur mail, they should have because theirs a hold on it.
