Rude staff. I have a service dog and they refused to allow her in with me. It was over 100 outside, she couldn't stay in the car. Manager yelled at me saying he didn't allow animals in the building. I left and drove 7 miles to the South Fontana USPS where my service dog was allowed in.

Rancho Cucamonga facility will often times ship my package to Santa Clarita facility which is the comple opposite from where my packages are supposed to be dropped off. It's farther away too. Why cant they just deliver it or just drop it off at a facility closer. Logistics needs work.

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by mail lady. Raised her voice to me multiple times and was extremely disrespectful. Cannot file a complaint it seems online. Avoid this place at all y!!!!
