“Came in today as a walk-in hoping someone can help me with my situation. I bought a Seiko watch during my trip to Japan and for the past few days I was having trouble trying to change the timezone from Japan Standard time to PST. A nice gentleman was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes of taking a look at my watch & informing me the seiko model i brought in isn’t sold in the U.S so I assumed changing the timezone would be a challenge. Fortunately, he was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes & free of charge. Definitely recommend this place & will come back if i need further aid with my watch. Thank you!”
