“Trying to get my watch battery changed I had stopped by Macys (Google recommended). And they told me a very high cost and that it would be 4-6 weeks since they had to ship it out. But another guy over heard and recommended this place. I walked in. This guy comes out. I told him what I needed. He looked at my watch and gave me a price. I was surprised how inexpensive it sounded and asked how long. He asked if I was in a rush. If not to give him less than 10 min. Boom. 4 minutes later he gave the watch back. I paid him. Then spent next 20 minutes talking watches, traffic, logistics. Super cool guy.”

“Eileen excellent service she provided for me yesterday. I came in not sure of what type and style of bracelet I wanted to gift a 15 year old girl for her quinceanera party . Eileen showed me a few pieces and option choices , she advices me on a certain pieces and why she thought one is better then the other . With her input it truly helped me decide on which bracelet and charms to purchase. Although some selection here in the store were not available :( hopefully when COVID is over they will receive more choices .”
