The worst bank in the Coachella Valley! Please do not do business with this bank. This is my second time coming here to cash my work check and the staff is so inefficient at checking payroll checks vs. Written checks. It may be because I'm a person of color because my check was not over 3k dollars. Please do not do business here unless you have time to lose and don't mind snails working for you. Again they're inefficient and the length of wait and knowledge is zero! Stay away from this place I cannot wait to my direct deposit hits to stop coming here. And the decor and music is awful. Not cool.

Bank of southern california is the worst bank. Do not use. ATM machines do not work. Bank is not open on Saturdays. They rolled out a new app March 7, 2022. It's buggy and does not work. Bank phone numbers to main branch in San Diego does not work. If you like to hear "I'm sorry " regularly. then this Bank is for you. My complaint is with corporate, not the branch

I have been a client for years and I have always received excellent service. The employees of the Rancho Mirage location are friendly, helpful, professional and always have a smile on their face! It is a pleasure to walk into that bank.

I got to know Luz Gonzalez, VP/ Branch Sales Manager of Bank of Southern California since we both are a member of Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce. From my perspective about Luz Gonzalez, she is very well respected and very professional. She is a very caring person. She cares about her clients. My mother and I, we do not have an account with them. However, I will look into the nearest future with this bank of Southern California. My mom was so impressed when she first met Luz Gonzalez, VP/ Branch Sales Manager. I was also impressed with the staff of this bank. If you are not happy with your bank for whatever reason, please try to get together with Luz and get to know her. She care about customer service and the clients.

I received a check from a Bank of Southern California account holder which had sufficient funds in their account. The bank would not cash their own Bank of Southern California check at their branch store. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and did everything she could to assist.
