Of all the different types of exercise I’ve done, Pilates is by far my favorite! 200 classes completed and I highly recommend to build strength, flexibility, range of motion, tone, slim, balance, relaxation, focus…oh and it’s fun too!

My thoughts after two months as a seasonal user. Very hard to book 8 sessions a month due to more demand than class availability. Instructors are OK but I’m glad to have had private Pilates pre experience to get the most out of these classes. Pilates Instructors Michael and Randy are the best! They make sure that your form is correct to avoid injuries while maximizing the outcome of your exercise. So far Pilates has helped me get rid of my shoulder and knee discomfort.
