CVS Rancho Mirage is a new clean well-stocked drugstore. i transferred from Rite Aid in PS that had super attentive pharmacy staff. A shame they closed! So far not unhappy with this CVS. Their drive through did not dissapoint either. Fast, friendly & helpful.

I have two visits in two weeks and the staff in the pharmacy staff was very attentive with filling the prescriptions for my partner AND with my booster shot for Covid. The second visit was to complete the prescriptions that needed approval before refilling our prescriptions. Each visit was very friendly and helpful with our medical needs.

I don’t like the self checkouts. I know it is not the store employees’ fault. They are only following orders. It’s really corporate that is forcing the customers to use the self checkouts.
I have tried calling the 1 800 number to complain but they are very horrible. I can’t even say bad customer service because there is no service provided. The people in corporate will keep you on hold for several minutes, then transfer you, then hang up. Very terrible and completely unprofessional and incompetent people working in corporate.
I hate the Extra Care Cards. I hate that they try to force you to signup for one. I’m very disappointed in the Company CVS.

I drove 40 minutes to go to the only CVS around with the correct type of thermometer I needed. Unfortunately, I did not check my order until I got back home. In the stapled package was infant suppositories. Um...like...what the heck? How in the world does someone mistake suppositories for a thermometer?!? That seems completely asinine to me. A little bit of quality control goes a long way sometimes. Google gives this location an overall rating of 3.2 out of 5. Honestly, they don't even deserve 1.0.

Clerks at CVS in Rancho Mirage are very helpful. Love that the store is clean and products well displayed. The discount coupons are easy to use.

Worst customer service and not just this location! Standing at the pharmacy counter trying to buy alergy medicine. No one looks up no one can be bothered to help you or say they’ll be right with you

When the pharmacy was out of my prescription Dayana automatically checked her computer to see if other stores had. Then she called the other store to confirm it was in stock. Sometimes pharmacy staff will check for stock if asked, but Dayana just jumped in with excellent customer service without a thought. Thank you!
