This is an extremely nice Center located at Eisenhower health. I see two doctors in this building and the waiting areas are very nice the receptionist and checking people very courteous it's a extremely new or well decorated facility and it seems that they work to stay on schedule there might be some delays but as a whole I'm seeing with in just a few minutes of my appointment time. There is a lot of parking available many many handicap spots so that's really something that they have taken into consideration especially being a facility for people that have difficulties walking as well as other problems. I think it's a superb Center and so far I believe that the doctors on staff are also excellent

If you’re trying to bring a child here, don’t. They’ve been a nightmare trying to schedule with. They received a stat referral from our pediatric office days ago for two leg fractures, they have yet to even schedule my child. Due to their office hours, my child (a toddler) will be going at least 10 days since the date of fracture now while in a loose splint.Don’t waste your time here, go to an orthopedic office who takes your child’s health and safety seriously.

Had my left knee replaced by Dr Schnaser last week (3/21/23)- These guys know their stuff - (Right knee was done December 2022)Obviously I wasn't awake for it, but this guy has mad skills, and the center itself is the best professional outlet in the valley. (they will fix problems, not just kick the can down the road)Any of the 1 or 2 star reviews are by people who refuse to believe Covid is real, and is a threat, or don't listen to instructions.Give respect, get respect.

Regardless of their marketing spiel, these folks ARE NOT service oriented. They force you to wait on the phone for hours, transfer and transfer and transfer, promise to call back. (48 hrs ago... still no call) and then hang up! This missable service cannot be blanmed on their phone system. It truly is part of a wretched business model that shows, by demonstration, that the needs of people who are hurting are secondary.There was a time when this organization got high marks for their accomplishments. Now, no marks are deserved. My recommendation: find caring support elsewhere. You will not get it here...

I must most highly recommend Dr. Reginald Fayssoux at Desert Orthopedic Center within Eisenhower Medical Center. After years of back pain, getting progressively worse over time, Dr. Fayssoux surgically realigned my lower vertebrae and added spacers replacing compressed discs which were pinching my sciatic nerve to the lower part of my body. As a result, my severe pain is GONE! I feel as if I’ve been reborn in a younger body. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Dr. Fayssoux and Desert Orthopedic Center to help resolve anyone’s spinal pain issues !

My experience with Dr. Smith was great and this review is not about him but about the insurance and scheduling team. I unnecessarily spent weeks in pain as a result of their inability to communicate with my PPO insurance. Forced to negotiate between the two parties, the lack of professionalism, follow through and empathy exhibited by the Desert Ortho team was shocking. It's a little sad that this group allows it's reputation to be tarnished by a few inept support staff.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The staff, facility, everything about this place made a very scary situation for me, not only tolerable, but actually pleasant. Everyone, including my surgeon, went above and beyond expectations. Dr. Friscia and PA Hinds are amazing, the nursing staff, Elva, Rae, Lisa, Axle, and the others I can't remember all the names, I was under anesthesia...all were beyond great. I'm so grateful to have been refered to this wonderful facility. Very highly recommended if you are ever in need of any orthopedic services....Thank you Desert Orthopedics and Eisenhower health!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The staff, facility, everything about this place made a very scary situation for me, not only tolerable, but actually pleasant. Everyone, including my surgeon, went above and beyond expectations. What a beautiful facility, fast courtesy...made a bad situation bearable. I was very impressed with staff, facility, everything. Never seen a hospital with valet service. One suggestion...benches outside for those awaiting pick up. Orthopedic center, lots of broken bones and people unable to stand. Benches would definitely be a great addition to an already impressive facility.

Today is the birthday of my right total shoulder replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Savin and his team! I have my life back. I was an avid weight lifter and in my 60's I had continued to be very active physically. My right shoulder problems were ending my physical activity and weight lifting though. The replacement had to be done. From start to finish Dr. Savin and his team are the best in the business. I never waited for appointments and everyone treated me with the utmost respect. Dr. Savin did an amazing job with my surgery. I am literally back to normal working out and being physical as I was years earlier. Getting your life back at 64 is no small thing. Dr. Savin gets my highest recommendation. You are in good hands with him. He is on top of every new technique and advancement. I will never forget how he changed my life and gave me hope with my new shoulder! Thank you Dr. Savin and your team!

This is probably the most unorganized medical practice I've ever tried to work with. Super long wait times in the orthopedic office. if there is a manager, they certainly need training or fired! Jacque Salternorris
