Still waiting for CT Scan results after 24 days. They say they are “busy”.

Got sent to collections though I set up a payment plan. Said they weren't apart of mychart, but yet all the times they said they messaged came through my chart and was notified by text saying I have a message in my chart by the imaging center. Terrible communication
