One of my favorite Goodwill locations in the Coachella Valley. I’m not sure if it’s due to the location but they seem to have a really good selection and constant turnover here.

Horrible selection and quality. You'll see through the website link they have an online store where they sell the quality donations.

They haven't stocked toilet paper here for a week now. These rough paper towels are horrible. This is disgusting. The main management is passive aggressive, and rather rude in a "I don't really care" way. Please as a customer treat others better, smh.

Do not go here. They do not let you try anything on and if it doesn’t fit they don’t refund you, they make you exchange different products.

Very high prices on low quality clothes. Small store with not much to offer.

The rudest staff I've ever experienced. The black haired checker with curly hair had no manners at all. Never going back there again.

I appreciate the Goodwill Stores are open when all other thrift stores in the desert close at 6:00pm. I was recently pleasantly surprised by the amount of inventory the day of my visit. The customer service was over the top. CJ, Juan, Anai, and Maria were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were helpful, informative, and patient during my selection process while looking at the jewelry and other merchandise. They all deserve a raise for their hard work.I was able to take advantage of my senior discount as well as the daily discount. The color of the day was blue 50% off and green 25% off. What a great evening for thrifting. The staff made it worth my while. I stayed until closing and the staff didn't try to rush me out by being rude. They were friendly my entire stay. We laughed, they gave me their opinions as i tried on jewelry, scarves , and Coach handbag. I will definitely visit again soon.

I have fantastic news I found her I had to even install the app just to tell you all about my blessing. I went shopping at Goodwill for the 1st time several years ago. I thought like most others that have written a review that the prices are too high for used items. But a helpful sales woman told me the secret which is do your shopping on Thursday or Tuesday. They have 2days where some of the inventory is sold at a discount price. Maria Fregoso is truly the reason I am a dedicated Goodwill shopper. I visit the store which is located close to home where I meet Maria. I can tell you if I still had my own retail business I would definitely want to offer her more $ to work for me. She is an asset to any business. I can't beginning to tell of all the ways she has gone beyond her call of duty in assisting me with great professional customer service. Now I am going to be traveling a little further to shop at the Goodwill store where she is now. Watch out Rancho Mirage store I shop at Goodwill every Tuesday and Thursday and often I bring my friends with me. It will be fun and beneficial for us all. Special thanks again to Maria who I would nominate as best overall sales associate. Truly we are not related or good friends I'm just a grateful customer who knows a good productive person when I see them at work.

I came to this Goodwill, while on the way to drive from San Diego to Scottsdale AZ. I only came to Provident Bank across the street, and then saw the new In & Out Burger, and when I went there, I saw this Goodwill next door. The merchandise here was soooo expensive, some of it more than new price. But I really needed a computer keyboard, cos I hacked away the letters on mine. Their cheapest was $7.99 which was the most expensive price I ever seen at a Goodwill, usually , they are $3.99 - $5.00. But the letters were not worn and faded, so I bought it. When I got all the way back to Scottsdale AZ, plugged it into my laptop, the keyboard didn't work. DEAD. I plugged something else in the USB and it worked. So now I am so far away from that Rancho Mirage Goodwill. I called them. They said I had to bring it back with receipt, to the same store, said lady who said she was the manager. She said they do not test the electric and electronic goods, that is why they give 60 day exchange. Now today I talked to as man who said he was the manager. He sad that that other lady was an assistant manager. I have to bring return to a store only in Riverside Co, San Bernardino Co, and LA County and trade for something that day. Don't get a store credit card I can use for the future. So much trouble, and it wasn't even "cheap enough". And right hand didn't know what comes out of the left manager's mouth.

If you want to donate anything...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My friend passed away recently..and I went by TWICE in the same week to donate his high end clothing and shoes...only to be told BOTH times they "didn't have any room to accept donations". I went inside the donation room and there was PLENTY of space. I talked to the new "operations manager" and she did NOTHING...saying she'd only been there "two days..and didn't know the policies". I said "You're the new manager set some!". The workers obviously didn't want to work. One got very snippy and insisted we carry anything INSIDE that we were donating...then came back and said they were "not accepting donations". I told the new manager..."you should take down the sign with hours that says open for donations and put one up that says..'NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS TODAY". The place isn't worth driving over there...trust me.... we found another place (REVIVALS) which welcomed us with open arms for donations. GOODWILL missed out some amazing things....

I enjoyed my time visiting this Goodwill in Rancho Mirage. Prices may seem a little high for designer brands I noticed but worth a visit. You never know what you will find

The prices are outrageously high for USED DONATED goods. Seems like a scam to me. I seen boots that where not name brand or anything and they were worn down bad and were priced $20 when you can get the same exact boots at Walmart for $20 but brand new. And also in the purse section the purse looked beat down and they were charging high prices

Tried to drop off bag with 14 pairs of brand new trousers at 9:58 am on Saturday. Woman outside chased me away saying they didn't want dumping and I've have to wait around until she was ready. Good to know they don't need or want good merchandise. Wi
