this firm has no idea what they are doing. Items promised for delivery that were not in stock wasting my day three Saturdays in a row. calls to customer service with promises of refund and return calls. no calls. 50 days later they are still holding onto my money as I had to buy the goods elsewhere. company clearly too big to know the giant holes. in their servicing their customers from a systems perspective. Am done with Home Depot. Once a good company. No longer

Poorly run store. Try getting service! Waiteduiiiuuiuu 38 minutes to get top of chain cut. Went to the customer service desk and they called three times and nobody responded? I think they need 2 wandering custom Ser service people. Everybody I know complains about the same thing.

Zero Stars. I ventured into Home Depot with high hopes, embarking on a home remodel that included purchasing appliances, a window, flooring, and various other essentials. Regrettably, my journey mirrored the negative experiences of others, characterized by service so dismal it's hard to articulate. My ordeal crescendoed into a pricing bait and switch so egregious that even complaints locally and to the BBB nationally fell on deaf ears, with the company steadfastly refusing to make amends. I was initially swayed by a holiday sale for appliances, despite the uncertain timeline of my project. The project manager assured me the delivery date could be adjusted as needed, setting a preliminary date six weeks out. However, complications arose quickly. A supply chain issue estimated a later than anticiapted window delivery which meant postponing the kitchen build and, consequently, the appliance installation. Attempting to reschedule the delivery turned into a weeklong escapade of unreturned communications and rampant finger-pointing, only to be resolved with an in store visit. Fate, it seems, was not on my side. Unfortunately, Home Depot's window delivery was even later than scheduled which thwarted my kitchen completion plans, necessitating another delivery reschedule. Despite multiple reassurances that the appliance delivery date could be rescheduled again, my order was abruptly canceled two days later. Efforts to resolve this from a distance proved futile, driving me to make a 3-hour trip to the store, where I faced a Kafkaesque scenario of being shuffled between five different managers. The resolution? A refusal to reinstate my original order, unless I repurchase the appliances at an astonishing $1,200 markup. My grievance filed with the BBB yielded a paltry $150 consolation, a mere slap in the face considering the circumstances. Contrast this with the flexibility of Lowe's, Pacific Sales, and others, who adjusted their schedules seamlessly with a simple call, and the disparity in customer service is stark. My advice? Run for your life. The disdain Home Depot shows its customers is not only despicable but a clear indication that your business is better placed elsewhere.

Outstanding employees willing to share thoughts and ideas. Most employees know where every item is located in the store.

Great store usually over crowded. It's not easy to find help most of the time. Most of the staff is usually friendly and helpful but, not always knowledgeable. It's almost impossible to get help on the phone ?.

I don't trust their customer service people. Lost my phone in the parking lot and somebody had turned it in and they told me that it wasn't there until I showed them on another device that it was!!!I suspect somebody had planned to take it home with them.

Decent Home Depot in Rancho Mirage. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, unlike the store in La Quinta. They did not have what I needed in stock, but I was able to order it online and it will be shipped free to the store for pickup. What I wanted was a little niche so not a big deal.
