Avoid homedepot carpet install, what a disaster The company who install tells you one time and never calls to confirm appointment . Was told 8-10 , no show I Called them , was told 12-2 Tom is no help , caught in the middle in the carpet dept, never calls back, says one think and it changed during the conversation, AVOID HOME DEPT SERVICES SINCE THEY USE IDIOTS AND SUB CONTRACTORS. Lesson learn, Smaller company are why better to deal with, this will be the FINAL TOME USING HOME DEPOT SERVICES. Update : they cancel at 3:30 pm - WTF Rescheduled Wednesday - more time off work and more stress

Making a formal complaint with Jessica Pierce the district manager. Awaiting her response. Dealt with two assistant managers and were not impressed with their customer service skills, or professionalism. Have yet to speak with Alicia or Ron both who are the manager and the assistant managers as per corporate. Low level employee literally yelled at me, unacceptable. Go up the street to Lowes at least their employees are trained better.

I find myself in a shocking position writing this 5 star review for HD because almost every HD I've been to was virtually impossible to get any decent service. Maybe the key is to visit on a Friday evening when everyone else is at dinner so you have many HD staff at your disposal? We had several questions in various departments and each time received courteous help with friendly attitudes! I almost felt like I was in the twilight zone lol. I wished all my HD visits could be like this one.

I shop at this location. I've had them do installs for me and have gotten a few estimates, nothing really special. Customer service is fine. But then I met a employee name Tony, He is 5 stars. I have found him several time just stocking shelves or hurrying through the store to get work done and always asks" Are you find everything you need?" When I tel him what I need.. get this, He know where to find it!! Crazy, An employee's checks on you, knows the answer and is happy to be working!! I'm shocked too! See Tony, he get's it done

I have been looking for fridge to replace my old one for a while not particular about features but the size to fit my custom designed kitchen. Sales person were very patient with my several trips in the past few weeks to get the model I would like and going back and force to do the measurement to make sure it will fit in the space I have. I was grateful for that. I patron Home Depot quite a bit, typically happy about the experience, generally preferred over Lowes down the street. I made the purchase on 4/22/2021, did not realize I paid $200 more than the sales price which ended on 4/18/2021. I went back to the store and made inquires, thinking it does not hurt to ask. I am a retired restaurant manager working in retail and owned my own business for over 40 year. My wife is a pharmacist working in retail. We understand retail, customer service, mean customers, and etc. I am a reasonable person, thinking it does not hurt to ask. I would be ok to take a polite "No" and move on. After all I did like the fridge and did not want to spend more time on it. I went back to the store4/24/2021 and left utterly shocked and disappointed. Robert Theilen, the assistant manager, grabbed his wallet out of his pocket, put in front of my face, stated " what you want me to do? give you $200"? I told him you don't have to do that, we all adults and we are talking about business. You can say no, but you don't have to embarrass me or humiliate me. After all, it is a reasonable inquire. There were plenty of business would do that to make customers happy. I walked in prepared for a no but you can say it politely and decently. It is not about $200, yet about respect and human decency. Especially at this time with anti-racist, anti-hatred. Everyone should be especially cautious about how you treat people. Robert, I would like to think you had a bad day, of which I am sorry. It would be nice for you to apologize. I would like you to know every person makes a difference. Every person you encounter every day every minute make an impact to the society. I sincerely hope you treat your next customer better than you treated me.

Awful installation and no follow up to complains. Damage to walls and doors during floor installation. No response to complaints. I would never use them again for a flooring installation.

Don't know whether to laugh or to cry. The customer service is rude; a washer and dryer were to be delivered, installed- including the hookups. They were a no show. The night before (a week later) they decided to stroll on over at 7am they finally emailed to let me know. The delivery driver had no idea this was to be installed and didn't have the parts to complete the dryer installation. Now I have to hire someone.

I don't really have a big problem with this Home Depot, but the store obviously has a customer relation's problem. While shopping there today, it was difficult to find someone walking around to help me. All of a sudden, I heard a customer say "I hate to bother you, but . . . ." I turned to look and noticed the man was talking to two store reps. Imagine. A customer feeling that asking for help at Home Depot is a "bother." It upset me to hear what the man said. I spoke up and said to the man that they were there to be bothered. It's their job. I left the store almost immediately and drove down the street to Lowes. Although the store rep at Lowes did a satisfactory job, he gets praise for his eagerness to help me. As for that Home Depot, it has work to do in making its customers feel important and that they are not a "bother."

Got here at 6 am when they opened. Had an online order pickup Went into store 45 minutes later still waiting for them to bring it up. Home Depot does not care about service. I'll be ordering from other stores from now on.

I tried to return 2 sample landscape cement blocks to the Home Depot in Rancho Mirage. The clerk refused to give me my money back because we did not have a receipt. She said it was protocol. Nor would she put it back on my HD credit card. I know for a fact I could have been given a store credit as the Home Depot I normally shop at does this which she did not offer. Her name began with an L. Talk about horrible customer service. Mind you we purchased over $300 of landscape blocks of another style. I spend thousands of dollars per year at Home Depot. For $4 this girl couldn't accommodate me? I don't think I will shop at the your store in Rancho Mirage if you hire people such as this person. By the way, my HD gave me a store credit with no problems whatsoever.
