“I buy and sell a lot of motorcycles, not as a business, more of an obsession. Anyway I always go to the Auto Club office in La Quinta to register them. Everyone is always extremely helpful, and if you go close to their opening time of 9 am you can usually get in quickly. Last week I wanted to register an out-of-state motorcycle, which means it has to be brought there in person so they can verify the VIN number along with the engine number and frame number. Many, many thanks to Denean Laitinen and Zach who came out in the sun to search the bike for these rather obscure numbers. Zach was very creative with finding and reading the engine number, which was buried under wires and frame arms. They were both super-friendly and helpful and we were all almost enjoying the process. This is a wonderful service and I for one appreciate it, and the staff greatly!”

“Wow, it's been such a long time when I first talked to Bill in 2007, after we bought a cabin up in Lake Arrowhead. When we bought the cabin i did not know Bill . Two weeks after the purchase and escrow already closed I received a phone call that the insurance company we assigned could not ensure the cabin. I was in shock that I had to find another company! Back then you had to look in the Yellow Pages to find insurance . After calling many insurance agents and not getting anywhere , I dialed "Bill Youngblood insurance agency" .Bill and me had a great conversation , with him explaining home insurance including getting it at great price! Bill and me have been friends ever since!
