I'm curious if corporate realizes that this is a retirement community? We cant see, we're old and this forced computer check in is not ok. To refuse to help a patient is unconscionable. You have a monopoly so we have no other choice. I'm stressed and in tears after this experience

Long, long, long lines... even when they finally send you a text that your technician is ready for you... it's another long wait. Possibly one of the worst LabCorps I have ever been to.
