I'm curious if corporate realizes that this is a retirement community? We cant see, we're old and this forced computer check in is not ok. To refuse to help a patient is unconscionable. You have a monopoly so we have no other choice. I'm stressed and in tears after this experience

With over poor Labcorp options in the are this office has be become very busy. The staff is always fast, friendly, caring and professional. When you first walk in it looks like you will be there all day but you won’t they work you through the process very quickly.
