NEGATIVE STARS this is my first time in my life ever getting ingrown toenails and my second time there I got a woman who plucked my cuticles hard and cut my toenails round causing the nails to grow into my skin. Gave me 11 ingrown toenails all surgically removed. 1,600$ out of pocket. My toe nails will never be the same again because their lack of knowledge, training, trimming and sanitation. This girl did not know what she was doing!
They didn’t even remove the calluses when I paid extra
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DON’T GO HERE
I called the company and asked for the owner to talk and they didn’t even call me back just horrible customer service.
Swear they are trained and sanitary but this proves differently. Horrible business don’t care about customers
They had to put needles in my toes just to numb and remove these !!

Despite there being a slight language barrier between me and my nail lady, she did everything I asked for. I had a cut on my big toe so I made her aware to avoid the area as best as she could. I forgot I even had a cut by the end of my pedicure. It didn’t hurt once!

Have been going here for 2 years, I found a tech I loved named Ginger who was wonderful but apparently she & owner had a disagreement & service has been lacking since. So hard to find a good salon in this city

I have been coming to Mega nails for years to have my manicures and pedicures. The space is beautiful, clean, and everyone is full of joy. Their work is excellent. I highly recommend LYNN.

Male Manicurist Peter was no good. Didn’t give me the shape I requested and didn’t touch my cuticles, which are dry and growing over nails. Left some nails jagged so I’ll need to refile when I get home.

Wouldn’t come here again. I called over the phone asking if they could do my nail inspo and they said yes. When I arrived I showed the lady whom I spoke to over the phone and she told me no they can’t do that. Waste of time! She didn’t bother asking the other nail techs if they could do my design she just said no. Please don’t tell a customer yes then waste their time in person.

I've been going for awhile . I have not loved my nails but they were ok. It's convenient However recently I took my mom and the girl doing her pedicure cut her big toe. My 87 yr old mom when we left said the girl hurt her. She didn't know her toe was cut til the next morning. She was already ba l in la do she sent me a pic. I stopped into the salon in my way home and showed the owner. She felt very bad and immediately offered to refund my mom. I didn't need to know who did it but she promised me she'd take care of it. So I'd just say if you go and you have sensitive feet tell your person. Not sure I'm going back. But I've been happy there for 3 years. My mom will never go back.
