I’ve been here twice before and it has been fine. However, today I went for a dip, manicure and a gel pedicure… Mai, who did my manicure was absolutely terrible. Her body language, her lack of asking me what I wanted as far as shape or anything screamed “I don’t wanna be here”. She was literally spilling Her supplies all over the floor and couldn’t care less. She was filing my nails so aggressively. I had to tell her to stop because it hurt. Again, she could care less. She was doing my nails with distain. Helen, who did my toes was OK, but I left with my manicure, being shiny on all of my toes, except, my big toes. Who knows what was going on there. Also, I have to say, it was filthy in there today. The floor was filthy. The extra a pedicure chairs that were being used were filthy. Even going back to the restroom felt sketchy. It was really dirty. Very disappointing. Don’t know if I’m going back.Services: Gel manicures

Literally no stars. I decided to go cheap, and paid the price. This nightmare establishment cut my feet in three places, and burned my foot with disinfectant. I cut (excuse the pun) the pedicure short after she pulled out the dirty pumice stone. If you dare entire this “world’s finest nail and design salon” the entire place is filthy. When I went in to talk to the manager, she replied that my sandals did the damage, took a picture, and said they were not responsible. She showed zero sympathy towards my obviously infected toe, and was a complete stereotype of bad nail salon staff. Anyway learned my lesson the hard way. They also bait and switched the price at the end of this pedicure from hell. I have filed a complaint with the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, wish me luck. To the owner, don’t you dare respond to this review, I wish to hear nothing back from you.Service: Pedicure

I love the job Jon does, the first time he did my nails I didn't even have to tell him what I liked and he nailed it

Worst customer service and dip manicure I have ever experienced. When I called to say we were unhappy with the product, forced me to come in for refund and then screamed at me in front of the whole store And said I wasted an hour of their time- I said I just want my money back and I have no interest in spending more of my time in their establishment. Didn't even give me full refund amount- After they charged me full price for 5 min manicure and a rushed pedicure because they had appointments. And a dip manicure that was so bad I think it may have been their first time and they blamed us for having short nails ( we have had a dip manicure many times without long nails). I know this is not a big deal with all that is going on, but businesses like this should be held responsible for poor service and treating people so badly. If you have choice do not go here.Services: Manicure

First time at the nail salon. I got a pedicure and the gal did a good job. While there, I decided to get a manicure. It was with another gal and it was literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. She did not trim the cuticles, she filed 3-4 nails unevenly, and applied the nail polish like a 5 year old.Very disappointed, a total waste of $25.00. Will Definitely not go back !!!Service: Manicures

Had gone once before for a pedi and they seemed OK. However, I did get the top of their line pedicure. A couple of months. Later, my nails were ready for extentions, so, booked up there with Jennifer for a full set of tips and this time just a regular pedicure. My bad, I thought my appointment was at 2 but it was really for 1. While I was waiting, Jennifer did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. She told me that because I confused the times, she wouldn't be able to help me but since her husband was there he would do my full first set. A quiet woman came over and started the pedicure. Before I knew it, the pedicure began and then it was over. I try to keep my feet in good condition but..... I asked her whether or not she removed the ingrown nails on big toe which usually hurts and she said, 'yes'. I have neuropathy and really couldn't tell whether or not she did. What I did know, was it was way to quick for her to have done what she claimed she had done. Anyway, I would have felt something of a relief but felt nothing. When it was time for my nails, there was barely any prep. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed. A quick buffing and nails glued on. The a length was chosen and nails were cut. I said not too long with a natural oval shape. Red flag. He didn't understand what 'oval' meant. Trying to explain he began to cut sides and started to file. After what seemed seconds, without filing the underside, I was ready for.cuticle oil. I again asked about trimming and was told that it was OK and that I was only dry.Not only were my nails not oval but kind of a good try having all a little different. There was no fancy swirls or jewels, just a one coat natural nail which didn't come out as natural as it would have on a natural nail which was disappointing. Maybe if a clear color powder was used instead of the very light baby pink, it would have been different. I couldn't believe there was no manicure and prep before set was put on or there was no filing down of the underside to make the tips less thick and more natural. The prices were not discounted. They were regular competitive prices with a full new set costing, $45 with no nail art or manicure prep.To say I was disappointed is understatement. Even though the location is so very close and convenient and Jennifer is so very sweet, closeness and niceness doesn't a good set of tips and pedicure make.unfortunately ot be able to do my services but not to worry her husbatServices: Pedicures

Not happy, got a simple almond shape with glitter top coat and I'm pretty disappointed. My nails look wonky and misshapen. I want to get them removed and go to someone more experienced. Very unhappy won't return.Service: Acrylic nails

I really contemplated this review since the ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were so nice. My dip manicure was so awful I had to share. There was so much residue that even after putting on the lotion, which is normally the last step, she had to go back in with 2 files and one time with the mechanic one. After I left I noticed my pedicure was dented. Now i realize it's my old nail polish that was not removed. I was so focused on my nails I had no idea it happened. I'm always super cheap and always get the standard pedicure but I had a stressful day and decided to splurge on the sea spa one. The towels were old and stained they used to put on my legs. I just thought the girl was really fast. Really disappointed and wouldn't want anyone to spend $88 plus tip on this.

I read the business’ reviews before I visited and I was slightly concerned about the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I went anyways despite my hesitation! I’ve been 2 times now, once for the initial appointment and a second time for a fill. Now, I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like my experience was so different from what I read online that I had to leave one to clear things up. Although everyone looked busy, someone was able to greet me and tell me it was a 15 minute wait as I was a walk-in.Another thing I wanted to mention was that there were a couple of older clients during my first visit that were accommodated to. For example, making space for their walkers, carrying their bags, offering water, etc. Their service was great. I don’t live here year round, but this nail salon will be my to-go from now on. I have another appointment in 2 weeks!I thought it was odd that there were any negative reviews since my experience was so opposite of what I read on yelp and google. I referred my friend and she went on a separate occasion. She said her experience was great too. I hope people are willing to give this place a try.Services: Pedicures
