We are so happy we chose to do this for our Thanksgiving dinner whilst visiting Palm Springs this year. The service was amazing, all (yes all) of the food was truly delicious. Good quality meat and seafood, cooked perfectly. There was so much to choose from. We'd love to do this again for our TG next year. Highly recommend!

WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET! We've eaten Thanksgiving at Omni Rancho Las Palmas in years passed and this year I was so UNIMPRESSED. The tablecloth was dragging all over the floor. I couldn't get my legs under the table to sit well. I had a table leg between my leg area. Wanted to have a nice dinner and a good drink and we were limited to beer, wine and margaritas. Next time I will eat Thanksgiving at BluEmber if it's offered/open on Thanksgiving Day otherwise I will go somewhere else. My experience this year was not enjoyable or relaxing and very overpriced for the experience. If I had a table that was properly prepared for sitting and a full bar it would have been a better experience. It felt uptight not put together well and very rushed.

Overall delicious food but way too expensive for a buffet @ $130 per person plus tax & added on 20% tip. Drinks were overpriced as well. Our server was new at his job & it took him 20 mi utes after we asked for our bill. Probably not going next year.

This was exactly the Thanksgiving Experience that we had in mind. Staff was fantastic, fare was extraordinary, and it was just terrific.

The location is astonishing, and I often come here to recharge. Some rooms need some TLC. Service by the pool is good. Decent selection of food and snacks. You can’t go wrong with the chicken tenders for the kiddos, and the fish tacos are tasty. The lazy river is the kids favorite along with the slides.
Rooms: Some rooms need extra care. They could have clogged drains. But they’re usually always clean. Except for the carpet.

Perfectly mediocre.
Rooms: Old. View of dirt.

This place is bad. The rooms are on par with a more run down Hilton Garden inn. The room had a weird smell and the pictures are much nicer than the room actually is. The outdoor and pool areas are fine but if you’ve ever been to an actual nice resort you can see that this place isn’t up to snuff. Pool area is smaller than pictures as well. You are also charged $27 a day for outdoor parking. Went to the resort restaurant the last night and they took about 30 mins to even take the order..and no it was not busy. The only good thing about this place is the location but everything near the hotel closes by 7pm. Overall Palm Springs seems to be for elderly golfers or people who have had lobotomies.
Nearby activities: El paseo nearby but everything closes by 6

Booked in advance for a conference but had to reserve each day separatedly and was charged $242.24 for each day's hold on my credit card in advance of my stay. So, okay $968.98 already paid knowing that if I cancelled my reservation they would remove it all!
So, I cancelled every single day's reservation well in advance of the deadline for cancellation. My stay would have been for 10/21-10/25 --- I finally saw ONLY one of the charges removed for one of the days (temporary hold on my credit card) on 10/22. I called twice and they sent me to accounting voicemail because I kept waiting for the other charges to be removed and was seeing nothing. No one even bothered to return my call. I then went online to send a "not satisfied" response.
Then, I saw ONLY one of the remaining 3 charges removed 7 days later on 10/29. Still no one has called me back or offered any "we're sorry" - just silence and nothing. As I write this, there are still two "temporary hold the room" charges that they haven't removed from my credit card totaling $484.48.
So I have to deal with this absolute nonsense from what is supposed to be a resort retreat, that i only booked because of a work conference -- btw -- I stayed there for the same conference last year and wasn't impressed - I arrived to find that I had been booked for a second floor and they don't have elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage up and down the stairs in the extreme heat. And, they booked me in Timbuktu really far from (outdoors) from where the main conference is - so I either had to walk outside in the extreme heat to get there or drive my car over and pray for parking - They simply do not have enough parking in the conference area parking to host the size and number of people for events that they book .
And you know the worst part is the reason I cancelled the reservation is because I was experiencing and assisting with trauma at my college after a workplace violence shooting that lead to the deaths of two of my coworkers. So they are adding stress to an already painful and exhausting time for me. Definitely not "SPA" treatment or relaxing -- WILL NEVER STAY HERE again, even if there is a conference there - BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE nearby for peace of mind.
Rooms: okay but I wouldn't classify this as a resort and spa. There are nicer places to stay in the area for far less expense or better places for the same price.
Walkability: Not walkable - Rooms are far from Conference area and you have to walk outside in the extreme heat to get to that area or pray for parking and drive.

Nice resort. Great water park. Could use a remodel, though.

Rooms were charming, clean and well appointed. Spa was clean, well appointed and had good food. Appeared to be an attraction for both locals and resort guests. Appeared to be a popular location for group events with several other large groups celebrating around the resort, though this did not step security being called to my 90 year old grandmother’s room.

After 13 years of loyal visits to Omni Rancho Las Palmas, I am absolutely appalled by my
recent stay.
This used to be my go-to destination for relaxation, but what I experienced this time was
a far cry from the quality I’ve come to expect.
The room was poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and furniture that gave it an
uninviting feel.
The bathroom was no better, with fixtures that looked like they hadn’t been updated in years.
For the price we paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed space, but instead,
it felt more like a budget motel.
The bathroom essentials were a laugh. The toiletries provided were cheap and minimal—
certainly not what you’d expect from a resort of this caliber.
Our brand-new $160,000 car sustained irreversible damage from lawn sprinklers
that oversprayed onto the parking lot, leaving hard water deposits. This is completely
unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of care for guests’ property.
Furthermore, the adult pool area was neglected, with no attendant to provide food or drink
service.
The overall lack of management and attention to detail was glaring. The grounds were dirty
and rundown, making the whole experience feel uninviting.
For a resort that used to offer a great experience, this was a massive letdown.
It’s hard to believe I’ll be returning after this visit. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Highlights -- nice lounging area near lobby with fire pits and manicured landscapes. Cleaner rooms at any Courtyard. Stayed here before in the last 10 years and it has exponentially degraded.
One night stay was less than pleasant with the rocking toilet, musty room odor, and unwashed carpets. Worst of all, housekeeping disturbed me on three separate occasions as early as 8:30am even though the do not disturb signage was placed on the door handle.
Terrible experience overall considering I checked in around 11pm and was only hoping for a good night's rest in a clean room with safe location. Only checked off safe location.
Sadly, I won't return and cannot in good conscience recommend this facility. I do hope management considers hospitality training for all it's staff, improves the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. For transparency, I paid approximately $350 for a Thursday night. For the price, choose elsewhere.
Rooms: Rundown. Questionably "cleaned."
Noteworthy details: Prepare to be ignored by staff if you appear under 50.

I loved their pool area. The lazy river and the multiple slides, the service the Cabanas, the beach just wow. I spent a good time here with my kids and I will be going back.

This place has far exceeded my expectations - the service especially has been amazing! Better than at many top of the line 5 star hotels in the past. Kristin went over and above to help me find a lost pair of AirPods, keeping me in constant communication when she could've easily wrote me off. The front desk (Ingrid?) was super sweet and helpful. Excellent job to everyone we encountered.
