I would definitely avoid this place. Customer service during the sale was outstanding, however when 2 of 3 appliances were delivered damaged, they have made no effort at all to repair or replace. Going on 1 month with no resolution in sight.

I am updating this review based on my latest interaction with Birch. Our microwave stopped working. Pirch coordinated it with local repair company for them to pull out the unit and re-install it after it was repaired ( as it requires more than one person and repair company wanted to change us several hundred dollars to send a second person). The crew of Ricardo, Zach and Joel took it upon themselves to work us in at the very end of their day to reinstall the unit. We really appreciate their willingness to go way above what was required. Thanks again for the great service.

If you want the best forget the rest. I ordered a set of appliances from Pirch ,Rancho Mirage. The installation process went perfect thanks to Ricky and Louie. Ricky and Louie pay attention to details in order get all my appliances perfectly installed. I feel so fortunate these two gentlemen are onthe Pirch team.

Terrible and WAAAAAY overpriced. Salesman INCORRECTLY advised us of restrictions regarding shower head (I'm guessing to steer us towards MUCH more expensive, and unnecessary fixtures). Promised order fulfillment in a couple weeks ... two and a half months ago. Finally received what they had a couple weeks ago. Several parts with the wrong finish delivered. Now told that shower head that we ordered isn't available in finish to match the rest of the INSTALLED fixtures. Save your money and go to Lowe's

The sales experience was fine, what you'd expect in a higher-end showroom. Delivery and installation was awful. One of the delivery guys never made eye contact or acknowledged us at all. He seemed angry about something. The other said he couldn't put our cabinet base back the way it was and left it uninstalled along with all the debris from the installation. We had zero follow up from the showroom after.

Beautiful store -- Lousy service. Long waits for high end appliances are pretty standard today. We waited more than a year for ours and never did get two dishwashers. Despite having paid in full, Pirch promised and subsequently delayed delivery over and over again. Finally had to cancel our order, but unfortunately, after three weeks did not ever receive a refund. Not going back anytime soon and woiuld not recommend this merchant if you are in the market.

I would like to give negative stars but the salesman ( MK) was great. Everything else was third rate, at first rate prices. I don't hold pitch responsible for delays of years to get an oven but they are responsible for communicating new date, delivery and service, I have had to place innumerable calls to get updates. I have not received updates as to delivery dates. Delivery arrived without necessary parts, service has to return to correct installation issues. The fact they are short handed is a poor excuse. I will never return there and strongly recommend you consider your decision to shop there unless you are looking for frustration. I'm still waiting for a call back from head of project coordinators...but I 'm not holding my breath. Store manager was apologetic but talking to him didn't lead to any increase in communication. I called to learn that delivery schedules weeks ago count occur because I got a fifth date for delivery of refrigerator door panel. Why doesn't anyone ever call me first?Save yourself some grief....go elsewhere

I purchased a lot of appliances for my home remodel. I had a lot of issues with this process but Jered Lundquist and Lesa Perez stood out and helping me with final installation of my home. I'm hearing major problems out there but I'm thankful to both Jered and Lesa for all their help.

I will never ever use Pirch again. I have had the worst experience from beginning to end. I went to the store to order 15 door knobs and a faucet. From the start it took over two weeks to actually get the order just placed. (Oh I forgot, I will get back to etc.) It was a simple order. I thought it seemed a little pricey but I just went with it. It turns out the sales guy order me double the amount of knobs that I needed. I am not sure why. I called and let them know that this happened he said come on in so I brought back the additional knobs, sales guy wasn't there. No receipt, no nothing just dropped them off...thought that was weird (So I took a picture of me returning the knobs and faucet) This was over a month ago, I have called, emailed several times and have got no response. They are scam artists. My total bill was almost $7000.00.

Last week, we came home to a dead refrigerator. Our SubZero after 35 years of service (I looked at the sticker inside and realized it was manufactured in NOV of 1987) finally gave up the ghost. With limited time and calling multiple places and getting the run around due to Covid and supply chain issues, I connected with Jason Klang, our Sales Consultant at Pirch in Ranch Mirage.Jason was able to find us a new 48” SubZero fridge that would fit our dimensions, solve for our needs, and they had it in stock. He was even able to jump through some hoops to get it installed before our family arrived to visit the next week. Phew!Fast-Forward to installation day. . .When the fridge showed up, the installers unboxed it and noticed there was some damage. They quickly alerted me and then reached out to their manager.I reached out to Veronica Fisher, or project coordinator to get some help! She immediately contacted the Store Director, Fernando Marfil and he jumped into action to get everything fixed and make it right!Our installers, Jose, Paul, and Damien were awesome and took the extra time to make sure the install was perfect!
