These people never answer the phone, I’ve called over 20 times today way before closing time and they don’t answer the phone.
Update: I tried calling again this morning, multiple times, no one answered the phone, and they have now blocked me or somehow restricted my phone number.
This is literally a service that I use and pay for. Run away from this location, use any other one but this one.

This PostNet store gets FIVE STARS. I shipped a large box to Italy using this PostNet store. Jeff, at the store, searched to get me the best price and the fastest shipper. Unfortunately, it still cost a lot and the package ran into an issue in Italy and was sent back to PostNet after sitting in a warehouse in Italy for more than a month! When I retrieved the package at the PostNet store, Jeff checked on the reason for the return and gave me a full refund. This was great because I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. Kudos to Jeff and his PostNet on Dinah Shore in Rancho Mirage!!! They do the THE RIGHT THING for their customers.

If I could give this business "0" stars then I would. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had a virtual mailbox here, rented through a service called Anytime Mailbox. The whole point of paying for this service is so that your mail can stay organized for pick-up without the risk of getting lost or stolen. Not only does the person running it constantly act like you are a burden every time you walk in the door, he argued with me about how much mail was waiting for me to pick-up even though I had scanned versions of everything that was supposed to be ready for me. The best part is they completely LOST one piece of mail (a tax document!) and his solution was telling me to contact the sender and tell them to send it again. I have no words. Save yourself the headache and find another business to help you.

The WORST ! Never Answer the Phone --- and if you go there --- in Person the OWNER is Surly --- Uncooperative and Combative...Never Provided a Proof for Our Business Cards...Made Mistakes on the Cards...Do NOT give this Guy your Business ! Go ANY PLACE ELSE ! Postnet Corp. Needs to do some House Cleaning....

My favorite go to spot when i need some packaging. I have send a lot of my online sells and the owner is ALWAYS helpful in helping me pack my big items. I also have done notary here and its quick and the price is good.They also have mailboxes for rent. You can do fax, copies, order any custom prints. They have boxes and you can also drop off your FED EX, UPS, and US MAIL.Its very convenient for me, for all of my small business stuff.

PostNet takes the pain out of getting notarized, shipping packages to my grandchildren, and even having business cards made! The versatility here is what makes it such a great place. They may struggle to get to the phones at time, but this is easily forgivable. For being just a little home in the wall place, PostNet has blown my doors off the past months I have been going. Thank you!
