Rancho Las Palmas Country Club is a golf resort located in Palm Springs, California. The golf course, which was reportedly damaged by a storm, is currently in fair shape at best, and some reviewers suggest not paying to play there until the course is repaired. However, the resort's other amenities seem to be well-received. The staff is generally described as excellent and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate guests. The resort offers a variety of dining options, with reviewers praising the delicious meals, particularly the chiopino, and the charming old-world setting of the outdoor dining area. The resort's pools, lazy river, and water slides are highlighted as a major draw, especially for families. Reviewers note that the new pool area is a quieter, less crowded option. While the prices are high, as expected for a "classy resort," the service and quality of the experience are often praised, with one reviewer stating they "thoroughly enjoyed" their weekend stay and would definitely return. Some concerns are raised about inconsistencies in room quality and additional fees, such as the resort fee, parking fee, and taxes, which can add up quickly. A few minor issues with customer service, such as a rude bartender and a forgotten reservation, are also mentioned. Overall, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club seems to offer a high-end, family-friendly resort experience, with impressive amenities and generally attentive service, despite some room for improvement in certain areas.

Great place for the whole family. If you are traveling with children this place will keep everyone happy. They do have an adult only pool also, perfect for some peace and quiet time. Friendly staff throughout the establishment. I personally will be visiting again in the future.

Course is in rough shape. Greens are super slow and super hairy. Pace of play was behind 48 minutes and it took 5 hours.
