I’ve been with them since back when it was Life Storage in 2021, which is basically long enough to qualify for a pension.
Stephanie is the real MVP: friendly, helpful, and somehow always cheerful, even when I show up looking like I lost a fight with a cardboard box.
The place is safe, affordable, convenient, and honestly… kind of awsome. I didn’t know storage units could have personality, but here we are.

“I think I left a opinion before but just in case I didn't hit the right button I just wanted to say that this was the easiest rental that I've ever done. I went on the internet and filled out the forms and by the end I paid for it online and had the unit everything all done. I went to the unit to put stuff inside and stopped at the office to buy a lock a good buy and he showed me exactly where my unit was on a map there cuz there's lots of units you could get lost easy. They also provide these flatbed carts that you can use to take stuff to your unit which is very effective real good. Anyway I'm very satisfied with what I've done so far and do appreciate their services”

I also rented a space here because of the service from staff. He is such a nice guy and I feel like my things are safer because he lives onsite.”

“I wanted a drive-up storage unit and, although my search terms couldn't have been clearer, I received response upon response that had none available or never had them. Ugh.
Finally I stumbled onto this StorQuest. They had a 7 x 10 for a promotional rate of $49 a month for four months. Fantastic.
But even better for me than the rent was the human touch that made me feel valued as a customer. I spoke first with an affable gentleman, who pleasantly and efficiently made a reservation with a three-day hold no cost.
Shortly after that, Maria, the Manager herself called. She was so good that I didn't need the three-day hold. I didn't need a one-day hold. That's because I was one-day sold instead.
Maria was the consummate salesperson. She wanted to close the deal. There was nothing wrong with that. What was right about that was her approach to making that happen. Friendly but never pushy, thorough, Informed, and caring. Maria earned my business, and when the extra mile to close this deal with a smile.
