About The Colony
Once a movie star resort, The Colony in Rancho Mirage has been turning heads ever since. This all-ages manufactured home community brings genuine Southern California luxury within reach - palm-lined pools, a whirlpool spa, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness center, game room, and a clubhouse anchored by a Scottish-style pub. Palm Springs is minutes away, Joshua Tree is 40 miles out, and golf courses are practically next door. The sun shines differently here. Come see why residents never want to leave. Our sales office is available from 9-6 Monday to Friday.

Beautiful Mobile Homes! I could've hooked one up to my truck and pulled it away, but I probably would be arrested.
