This is my favorite lab of any lab. The people are super nice 8 never feel the needle go into my arm for any blood work and I never have to wait. They send the results right over and it is a happy experience. I highly recommend this place and I schedule my annual blood test for when I am in Palm Springs so that I can go to this lab They should have a 5 bar rating

Love the staff at the WestPac Labs. Have used 3 locations over the years and only had one person who should never have been allowed to draw blood. They're friendly, fast and efficient. never have a problem when they draw blood. Painless and quick

I had had very negative experiencwith this lab until this morning. I called yesterday to make sure that my MD's order was in place and there would be no problems for me to come in today for my lab work. When I arrived today a very rude lab technician informed me that they could not draw my blood because the doctor had not sent all the information. When I told her that I had called yesterday to avoid exactly what was happening today, she told me that they DID NOT review every doctor's orders!!!!! Not even when the patient calls to make sure that everything is in place to do the labs. When I made a fuss, she offered to draw my blood, If I could contact the MD's office and have them sent the information today otherwise she will toss my blood, solution which she could have offered from the beginning. The lab technician was rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. They need to review ALL orders, The patients' life depends on them doing so! They lost a good client.

I've gone here many times, and it's the best lab in the desert. Very short wait times, clean, efficient and skilled technicians. My doctor recommended it, and I'm so glad she did.

I had two different physician orders for blood lab work and urinalysis that were done at the same time. Results received by the two physicians were different from the same blood draw. As s result, one physician has me diagnosed as stage 3 of a chronic disease and the other at stage 4. That tells me and my physicians there is a question of accuracy with this lab. I would not recommend this lab.

This lab cannot be trusted to get your lab results to your Doctor on TIME! They did not send the results to my Doctor as promised and preceded to close for the New Year. Had to call them a second time before Doctor received them. Go to a different lab.

If you have weak veins or need a little extra TLC when getting your blood drawn, this is a great place. The lab tech (Alex) is very gentle & is always very helpful & friendly. Because of the great customer service, we always use this lab even if it is a little further drive for us, it is worth the extra miles. Hours are great and the location is perfect - no issues with parking.

I just received a call from some random woman who has been receiving lab results for more than just me, to her fax machine at her home. They were supposed to send the results to the doctor but apparently, the fax phone number was entered in wrong in their system. I find this an extreme violation of patient privacy. I called the corporate office and that's how I found out the number was wrong. So if you have been a patient of Desert Urgent Care and had any labs done here that were faxed over, they probably were sent to this lady. Luckily, she says she will shred it for me but how will i ever know for sure? Very disappointed right now.
