They failed our HOA community. They have been replaced.I think their managers might be competent. But maybe spread to thin to get things managed properly.

This company is awful. They have their own employee (Karina F) writing a review as if she was a customer. That's the kind of folks you're dealing with there. Lazy, negligent, don't read contracts or adhere to them. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Steer clear if you care about your property values and your HOA.
