“I like a lot of things about this supermarket.Most of the staff are nice. I like the Murray's cheese dept (now owned by Kroger?) Good parking situation. It's great to have this supermarket oasis on the peninsula.The loss of one star is that they sell The Epoch Times. That's not a fair newspaper and should not be sold next to the Los Angeles Times. While Conservatives and Liberals should all be less antagonistic towards each other and be free to think what they want... having this newspaper in the store is like selling MAGA hats at the check stands. Feel free to wear a MAGA hat but if you push them on me while shopping, I will shop elsewhere. And if I continue to see the Epoch Times being sold alongside real newspapers, I will shop elsewhere. At least with MAGA hats, you know what the deal is. But the Epoch Times is a little more insidious because it's disguised as real journalism.nbcnews.com/news/us-news…”
“Well-organized and stocked. Seems like a bigger push at night to use the self-checkout but that seems to be a trend.
Open late for groceries which is great if you work late. Staff is always nice”
“This is a convenient Smart & Final just down the street from my workplace.
I usually come here if I had forgotten items that I usually frequent by my residence.
I'm not quite sure about the Extra! part in the name for this location because they basically have pretty much the same as the location in San Pedro and quite in comparison to the size that it is as well.
Perhaps I may be overlooking something here?
The store is clean, organized , and the checkers are usually helpful here. I really don't have any complaints about it.

I love their music selection…
The store is clean and welcoming.
The prices are reasonable.
Plenty of parking.
The only negative is that their carrot cake and flan are too YUMMY and IMPOSSIBLE to resist 😇
