“Suffered the unfortunate office circumstance of having my pen leak ink everywhere, including my light grey shirt! So I used that as an excuse to go shopping at my favorite store and stopped by 5.11 in Carson! I was able to pick up a replacement shirt, an additional long sleeve shirt, and a Lester long sleeve that had just gone on clearance! Sales Representative Carlos went above and beyond to help me out, indicative of just about every single employee at 5.11.”

“I use to shop here when I lived in Torrance but now I live in Vegas. Every time we go to Cali, my son and I stop in for some hats. When entering I told them I followed them on TikTok, they seemed so humble and grateful. I explained to the gentleman that the hat I bought last year doesn't stay snapped, he seemed concerned and kept apologizing. After buying my son a jacket and myself another hat, the gentleman asked my son which was his favorite hat. My son said the "just a kid from the 310". The gentleman grabbed the hat and said "here you go kid, since the last hat broke" and gave my son the hat for free!! My son was felt like he won the lottery! Thank you guys for being so awesome, we will forever shop there.”

“I absolutely recommend Tommy Bahama as a store but more so, the one in Manhattan Beach. They have the nicest and most helpful staff. Dana (sales rep) is a gem and is one of the reasons why I would go back. Informative and precise with the everything, including an exchange I had to do. Ended up buying more shirts because I was so happy with the customer service. In general though, it seems that Tommy Bahama takes their recruiting seriously when hiring sales reps. I always have a great experience. Love the quality shirts and designs as well. Working for King’s Hawaiian also inspires me to buy all of the cool Hawaiian shirts since they are big with that at the office :). 5 Stars!”

“Fantastic experience. We rented 2 electric bikes and 2 electric scooters for the day. We went all the way to venice beach and back to Redondo then back to Hermosa beach. Took all day bikes still had 1 dot on the power bar, could have gone more especially by just pedaling the bike, so even if you ran out you were good. Scooters lasted also but near the end of the day it was flashing on its last bar, but again it lasted all day. I do not feel we pushed them hard, we kept the power settings in regular drive on scooters and low on bikes. Again for me it was one of the best rides I could have hoped for.I feel they have the best deal and price for all day electric rentals in the area. Highly recommend. Thank you for this opportunity. We definitely will be back to rent again.”

“He is a small shop but the best verity of Flojos sandals for woman. All colors! I bought the black and im very happy. The man was really nice AND Yes I feel like he was up in my business while I was trying to look for the sandal I wanted and YES maybe he should give customers their space. But I guess that's for his security. No one wants to get jacked. And for all you know it has happened plenty of times where he feels paranoid. Other than that one flaw he was kind. Had the best flojo sandals for women and cute other things. I will return to buy the other colors and some for my momma”

“It was POURING RAIN which is unusual for Redondo Beach. I ran into kohl's hoping to find boots for my daughter. The only pair in black her size was the display.. but only 1 side was there. . I looked everywhere in the section and then Regina. Saw me searching and ask if she ould help me find what I was looking for, so I asked for her assistance... she called Lina to help and within minutes Lina found them God knows where. . I was promptly checked out, got good use of my kohl's cash and was happy. Thank you Regina and Lina!”
“Gosh I love these Terranea shops!! Between Pointe Discovery and Marea I could spend hours shopping. Such unique items. They don't overprice their items, for example JellyCat is sold at both Marea and Pointe Discovery. Most tourist shops at resorts would up charge $10-$20. Not Terranea. Same price as you would spend online to order some of these adorable toys. My kids go nuts when I ask if they want to walk around and shop at Terranea. They have such a great time. Mainly because Krystal is always so so sweet - and I love her style! Her outfits are always so on brand with the resort. So stylish. Lilly is also amazing and so sweet! I've seen a couple grumpy folks shopping in my many times visiting these boutiques and Lilly and Krystal are always so patient and kind... Terranea is lucky to have them!”
