“I bought the engagement ring by myself and was definitely nervous. I had screenshots of rings she liked but didn’t know what any of the details meant. They helped me turn those pictures into something real and explained what would actually work. I didn’t feel pressured once. The ring came out classy and clean, not overdone. When I proposed, she immediately noticed the little details from the pictures she had saved. That made me feel like I got it right.”

“Jenn is the BEST, and we highly recommend her! She works with your budget and helps you find the best options for your price range. She made sure everything was perfect. She even gave special attention to our son, showing him how the machines worked, giving him stickers, and involving him in many conversations (you can tell what kind of person someone is when they provide the same level of respect to kids as they do adults!). She was kind and so wonderful! I felt like I’d known her forever and just loved talking to her. She spent quality time with us and provided expert opinions on what she recommended. She didn’t make us feel bad that we didn’t have a lot of money to work with. She instead made sure we left with something we loved. I will be keeping her contact info so we can continue working with her in the future, and I look forward to seeing her again :)”
