“Logicopy has been amazing! Rich answered every single question I had (and I had a LOT) before we signed up with them. Mark is also amazing! During set up, he was highly professional and made sure that we were aware of everything he was doing. He would offer suggestions and would provide workarounds for the things we didn't want to change. We had an issue early on and Mark was able to get out to us and fix it before we opened the next day!

Oh did I mention great prices too! Way cheaper than ups or usps. They receive all kinds of packages here. If it will fit through the door they will take it!”

I hesitate to say they're a well-kept secret because in Olivenhain and Encinitas, they're not a secret at all, despite being off the beaten track, tucked away in a small strip mall in Olivenhain. The young man that assisted me was about 25-30, dark hair and glasses. He was very patient with me as the item I dropped off fell out of its box. He was courteous and smiling and helped me out very quickly. I even said when I left this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly I don’t know his name but this was at 11:15, today July 23rd, he was at the 2nd register from the left and I wanted to personally let you know that he is a valued employee.
