“5 starts for Dante, 1 star for everything else. Dante was super nice and helpful when printers stopped working, and made sure I was helped until I was able to print successfully. He has amazing customer service skills and seems like he is able to create a pleasant interaction despite limited resources and stressful conditions.
The girl (probably the manager) was super impatient and rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. She would not even let me finish a sentence and just told me to go wait in line. Seems like she was not in a good mood, and seemed annoyed with customers and kept scolding employees. If not for Dante’s help, this would be a 1-star review”

“Kristopher the assistant manager was terrific! He helped me with a last minute printing job! I'm talking during the 5 PM rush-hour. This man made sure my job got done because I had to get on a flight in the morning to go to my grandmother's funeral and he made sure that the pamphlets were printed. Pro tip don't ever wait to the last minute to get a big printing job done because not every place will have a Kristopher.”

I just got on here because my dude Benji over here REALLY went above and beyond normal ups store customer service. my items would NOT have been shipped before I got on my flight and I have no idea what I could've done .. if it wasn't for Benji.

“I’ve been going to this UPS store in the last couple of years. With Amazon returns, I must’ve gone AT LEAST 30 times just in the last year. Although some of the staff could be a bit warmer, my experience with Dave (the owner) had been great in every interaction we’ve had. I’m sorry to see that many others didn’t have the same experience, but I just wanted to add my two cents in here. He’s been nothing but kind to me and after going there again just now, I feel the need to share that in this page.”
