I've noticed some huge improvements on customer service since the new manager took over. She's very warm and welcoming and through her influence the culture of this branch has shifted much more positively. Aya is also always helpful and kind.Way better than even a year ago.

Stopped coming for a while because of the customer service, came back again recently the teller seemed so annoyed with me and kept sighing and rolling her eyes , not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I have been with B of A for thirty years. Their customer service has gone way down. Usually go to ATM but if you go in to wait in line for a teller forget it. Most of the time there is only one teller and eight people in line. Horrible service.

Worst Bank of America ever like why are they understaffed to start with, staff is horrible some old lady prob the manager or something literally hassled me never had an issue here depositing checks like how hard can it be not that hard to service customers. Chase does this efficiently and hassle free I wouldn’t recommend anyone in the RSM to come to this branch let it shut down it’s the worstIf possible I would love to file a complaint formally on this branch

Debit card info may have been skimmed after using the Drive-Thru ATM at this location. Tried calling the branch phone number but unable to reach an employee to alert them to the issue.

Tellers are great even though they work in horrible conditions. Tellers are understaffed and management has yet to address this issue. Not sure, but I think the lines at Disneyland move faster. Have already moved some of my accounts to another bank. Will finish off soon.

Im so tired of this branch. They are understaffed and give lame reasons as to why they can't help me with my requests. And then trying to call the branch phone number is a waste of time. Can't get a hold of anyone. I guess the joke is on me for tolerating such poor customer service over the years. And please don't post your canned response to my feedback. It is worthless. Your actions and lazy responses to my requests have spoken volumes over the years.

Terrible, rude, and non-customer centric service in every imaginable way. At first I thought maybe I was feeling grumpy today when I encountered employees (and management) at this branch so I checked their reviews on both Yelp and Google as I was leaving. Nope, it apparently is not me. It’s them. Read the reviews for yourself. If you have a choice in banking, then why subject yourself to this torture and unprofessional behavior? And why doesn’t BofA corporate do something about management to turn this situation around? You can’t have this many (recent) poor reviews and not realize there’s a serious problem.

Zero customer service. Waited in the Customer Service area for 20 minutes. No one asked to find out if I need any help. One person was walking around seem like not doing anything but never acknowledge that two people were waiting for Customer Service. The bank makes 5-10% from my money but horrible customer service.

I have banked at this branch for over 30 years. Their customer service has now degraded to rock bottom. The people there do not seem to care about their customers. I had to stand in line for 25 minutes today to make a deposit. There was only one teller window open. I asked an employee if they could open another window. She said no, there was nobody else available. The tellers are less than friendly and their google reviews reflect this poor customer service.

If I could give them a zero I would... the worse branch with staff that have a really bad attitude. the manager never ready to help you all she wants is to charge you fees any way possible, she doesn't greet you like other banks. I have anxiety every time I know I have to go in for some service. that's it after being a loyal customer for over 20 yrs with bofa...I'm DONE!!!

Absolutely horrible from top to bottom.When they were staffed, overly aggressive "walking by" employees tried to shepherd customers out of the teller line & if people insisted on counter service, they were often ridiculed. The customers that tried to work with these clipboard people were directed onto a narrow window-ledge that barely can hold a checkbook if that.... (why not "doing business" in the parking lot?)... then they were told that "for that they need to go to the counter", so back in the line... which was the case for pretty much everything. Also, the constant education about online assistance.... if these cases could be resolved online, there wouldn't be a lot of people there all the time, crowding the lobby.Today I tried to make a credit card payment. The teller couldn't locate the account & directed me to the customer service phone number. That didn't work, of course. After an hour & a half on the phone I returned to this branch to find out that tellers are not available for "another 20 min-s".... an hour later it was still "another 20 min-s".... The branch was packed & nobody there to assist customers. The manager / teller is incompetent, rude & couldn't care any less about even trying to assist customers with anything that indeed needs personal attention. Simply the worst ever bank & this Bank of American branch sadly takes the cake.

After a long time waiting, the teller asked me to go outside to deposit the cash at the ATM. No smile on her face, it's a horrible experience. Any other banks hope you can choose.
