“I’ve dealt with numerous carriers and retail stores over the years and my recent experience at the RSM T-Mobile store is second to none. I usually dread going into retail stores but I promised my daughter a cell phone for her birthday. Mobile Experts Andy Bill and Dylan Flippin were incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They made the process quick, fun, and did not try to upsell me. In fact, I got a free line as part of a promotion! I definitely recommend this store thanks to their stellar customer service.”

The store representative, Sara showed us all of our options including a great deal on a year older model. It was perfect for my daughters needs and didn't break the bank. “My battery was not holding a charge so I left my cell for repair and I called to check in on the status and they said it was a bad part and had to special order it!! Would of likes a update but then they got a new owner and I called letting them know if my previous experience and they had me bring the phone in and did an amazing job and I have not had any issues since! I highly recommend them for your cell phone repair needs!”
