From the moment we met Sally, we felt like family and she made is feel very welcomed. I really felt at ease and most importantly, I did not feel the sales pressure that most dealers make you feel when you purchase and automobile. She was very knowledgeable, provided not only a car fax but an additional car checkup of all the services done to the vehicle from the moment it was purchased.

Now, to the interesting part of the purchase…. Sally assured me that if I came across any issues, to contact her and let her know. Well, I did come across a situation where I couldn’t find the wheel lock for the wheels. So reluctantly, I reached out to Sally advising me to bring in the car so we can replace the wheel locks. Without hesitation, Sally booked us a meeting with her husband (the auto specialist) to take a look.

Once we got there, to our surprise, we were the ones who didn’t look hard enough and found out that the wheel lock had just moved a bit in the back.

However, Moe took the time to also look into a small coolant leak and quickly took care of the problem. Both my girlfriend and I were surprised how quickly he took action to take care of us. Most importantly, I was pleasantly surprised that the whole operation was a family business, whom I had the pleasure of meeting Moe's Dad, Moe, and Sally.

I have to say that coming from customer service and working in the financial industry, Sally’s family is hitting it out of the park. How do I know this you may ask, well, to say the least, there was a line of people waiting to be helped by Sally while we had just finished our paperwork. She is a machine who can handle anything.

“My experience might be a little different than others on here.
I, my boyfriend more so than me, as he won an auction that Mike had on the BAT site.
We bought a 2007 Lexus ES 350 with only 30K miles from Mike. I would say the vehicle was about 99% true to the pics posted on the auction site.
There were only two things that I do not believe were mentioned. Floor mats were not stock or new and the driver side mirror does not go up w/o some help. Something that I do not think they noticed.
It is hard to evaluate a car from pics but I do think they do everything they can to make sure you are getting the whole picture.
Mike was in touch with my boyfriend pretty much every day until the car showed up in Mt.
