“The actual Mission was not open (they are closed Mondays) so we had to find other attractions to fill out sight seeing calendar and we are glad we visited this church. I must say I am blown away by the opulence and attention to detail on display here! The only thing that would have made it better would be a guide to name and explain the works of art and paintings. “Steve Says” well worth the price of admission - which is free.”
“I only like this place because I have a capital one card HAHA 50% off drinks is a steal, especially if you like honey lavender lattes! They make it so good but it's on the sweeter side so I always add an extra shot of espresso and my total is usually around 4 bucks! Great place to study and in a convenient area for walking around. The workers are very nice too. If I'm ever in the area I'll always grab coffee here!”

“After a horrific experience with the dealership, my friend recommended that I go through the credit union to get my auto loan. I met with Noorull and she is absolutely amazing. Not only was she working with me through out the whole process (2 months) to get everything sorted out but she really has your best interest. Noorull was able to help me lower my interest rate, bring down my terms and get a lower monthly payment. I will never go to a dealership again before going to the credit union first.”
“This is the closest Wescom location to my home, and it's always easy to get to and from. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and it's a really nice location. I bring my daughter here often to redeem coins, which members can do at free or reduced cost. I've been a member at Wescom for more than 25 years, and have no plans to ever leave them. There's also an ATM right out in front of the building, which is obviously available 24 hours a day. If for some reason it's not working, the convenience store in this plaza has one that is free to use for Wescom members.”

“Outstanding service! This is the fastest, most efficient Credit Union in Mission Viejo. My card has been compromised a couple times during the pandemic & recession. Schools First always does an excellent job identifying fraudulent charges and correcting errors on my accounts. I was very impressed when I walked in on my lunch to get a new card last month. Other credit unions take 15-30 minutes to replace & make a new card but the folks at this branch canceled my old card and handed me a new one in under ten minutes. Awesome service, thank you!”

“I don't often give reviews, but The company that I work for has been banking with the Laguna Hills branch a little over a year now. I handle the AP/AR so I deal with bank all the time and every time I need help they're always available and willing to help resolve any issues I might have, the ladies are pleasant and knowledgeable and are great at getting back to you with answers, I usually interact with Jenny who is great and Raquel, but any of their staff has been trained with good customer service skills.”

“Eagle Community is amazing. I learned of them when I got my first auto loan with them. They had the best interest rate compared to the competition approvals. I in turn referred 2 of my children and am referring others soon. I also just got a 2nd auto loan with them with an amazing rate! The cash back checking acct offered is filled with rewards! Michael Tran is who helped me whom we built a great rapport with turns out he is a comic fan just like us!! He explained the details of what the membership entails and answered all questions! “We moved our banking from the "horse and wagon" to PPB. The office manager provided excellent support in getting our accounts set up. Later on, they helped us get our trust account set up with similar ease. The references to rude employees must have been corrected as we've had five-star experience. We like the "Lifestyle 50" plan...simple and easy to access from the app. They also are one of the few banks that has/had available safety deposit boxes (as of mid 2022).”

“I had a nightmare experience purchasing a faulty gift card several weeks back from Ralph's. Since the gift card wasn't working nor was it recognized as a legitimate card, I called customer service (US Bank phone # on back of the card) and they requested for me to fax over several pages worth of information. I literally faxed over the same information four times (one time via mobile app, three times via UPS store) and they said the content on the pages were "illegible" and blurry. This made me irate because the only way to get a new gift was to fax over the the information to their specifications. Keep in mind, I already wasted nearly $40 of my own money, copying the documents, faxing them and downloading an e-fax mobile application that only required a paid subscription. I rushed over to a nearby US Bank and Mr. Salama kindly sat down, listened to my story and helped me scan and fax all the documents from scratch. I told him what if I need to fax it a hundred times because of whatever excuse they give me? He kindly reassured me then we will fax it over one hundred times at zero cost, no problem. After calling gift card services just now, they reviewed and accepted everything Mr. Salama faxed over last week and I will be getting a new replacement gift card within two weeks. Thank you to Mr. Salama and this US Bank branch in particular for taking so much burden off of my shoulders. You guys are the best....”

“Great branch with convenient hours and staffs. I always go over after work to pay my mortgage. It's well lit and safe--hello! Inside of a super market. Wendy, the branch manager, gives great financial advice. All the people there are friendly and professional. I saw a customer who was incredibly frustrated and somewhat loosing his cool, but the guy who dealt with him never once was rude or lost his temper. Gosh, I would've just completely lost it. So kudos to them. This is a long overdue review. I've been going there for the last 8.5 years.”
