“FMB was an answer to my business solutions I was looking for when it comes to business banking. I have been a Chase private customer for almost 30 years and business customer for 10 years. I was looking for a more personal, small town approach to business banking as Chase is never really motivated or interested in meeting small business owners at a level of support we often need. We are looked over and if our annual revenue is not over a million, we are non existent. From the beginning of the process, through setting my my merchant account etc, Nick and Jario were amazing to work with. They were professional, courteous, and took an interest in my banking needs. “Great company. Has a strong focus on customer service and provides a good commercial lending product for business. The bank is based out of Raleigh, NC. It is publicly traded, but the majority of the shares are owned by the Holding family; Frank holding and his sister, Hope who also run the bank. Orange County has 4 locations; Newport Beach, Irvine, RSM and my favorite, Mission Viejo. If you ever stop by the Mission office, the service manager Linda is a sweetheart who knows her clients on a first name basis and is known to freely give out hugs.”

“There was an Iranian employee there and although it was her break time and she seemed tired she chose to help us with opening a band account which took here about an hour because we were not citizens and have forgotten some datas she patiently waited for me to my parents sent me the required information.
Since then chase has been my favourite bank and im sure if one day I wanted to put a tons of money in a bank and chase was one of the options I would choose that without hesitation. They really and deely care about their costumers specially that one iranian woman employee”

The beautiful Hiba welcomed me and got me the help I needed right away. Just wanted to say how charismatic and attentive she was with every customer I saw her interact with. Osmar answered my every question and made me feel comfortable opening an account with them. He helped me set up my temporary debit card and even helped me set up my mobile account. Going in I was uncertain because of the reviews I had seen, but nothing to do with the service I actually received. Overall fantastic! I am glad I decided to go with CitiBank.
