“I absolutely LOVE living here! Especially through the pandemic, I couldn't be more pleased with management, maintenance, and the landscapers. My neighbors around me are all amazing as well. I guess you could call us a community. As for the inside of our townhome, there have been a few major complaints, and was accommodated in a timely manner. I'm not sure about the cockroach infestation everyone speaks of. I've been here 2 years and have yet to see any. Everyone is so peaceful and respectful around here, there's nothing really to complain about. Thank you Ozzy, Nichole, and staff for everything y'all have done for the Cabernet Community. We are blessed to call this place home!”

“I hate the office hours the Office person should be in the office at all times Monday through Friday she should be in the office more often not just 3hours she should be in there for five hours. Maybe people would like it better when they need help they can go to the office but no she doesn’t work every day.”
