“Was looking for the Makita combo tool package on sale. Buy a Marita cordless worm drive saw package and get a reciprocating saw free. Anderson store had the worm drive but did not have the reciprocating saw in stock. The Redbluff store partnered with tha Anderson store and hooked us up!Thank you Kyle at the Redbluff location for your effort and amazing customer service!Great job folks!”

“Staff is always eager to help. Store is clean/well maintained. My only complaint is the inventory is not always correct (i.e. inventory showed 2 shop vacs I wanted- drove to store, none in stock).”

“New quality tool lines and the usual great selection make this my first choice when needing supplies for my projects. They have more household hardware than they used to. Security lights, garden supplies, battery chargers and so much more that you have to wander the isles for the things you forgot you were missing.”

“Much appreciated to the amazing staff at this business who were kind enough to assist us with our equipment needs while we were deployed for over a month up north! We are grateful for your kindness and help!”

“I go to various Home Depots in our region, and this store seems to be the cleanest, friendliest, easiest to navigate one of them all. virtually every associate I passed in the aisles asked if if I needed help, smiled and greeted me, and I am a total stranger. I’d say they are doing something right here!”

“Ya know, I read a lot of bad review of Home Depot at a lot of different locations and mostly having to do with service and hard to find help. If you already know Home Depot is like this, understaffed or whatever, be prepared. Having realistic expectations will go a long way. This isn't your neighborhood hardware store with helpful staff as you walk in. It's sort of do it yourself kind place. Better prices though. What I do is go online and shop the local store for products. Using the search engine you can find what you're looking for and then even the LOCATION of the item in this store, so no more walking around aimlessly or trying to find a guy in the orange vest to help you. I did that and found what I wanted right away. Just then go to the check out and off you go. Go to the contractor side of the store and the line is usually less. Now if you do really need help, like I did once to get a piece of lumber cut to what I needed, you can usually find someone in lumber to help you and they'll cut the wood for you for FREE! I ave no probs with this store, ya just gotta know how to use it and maybe look online first.”
