It was busy. I believe the person that greets you at any ATT should be able to take 6 mins and see if you even need to wait for 20mins for a 5 min fix on your plan. Like I said it was busy!

Had to wait for a very long time. Guess I picked tbe wrong time to go. Andrew helped me, and he was very pleasant, helpful and kind. Made the wait worth it.
